Storm Runner & White Lightning are two coaster names that seem near perfect. Shockwave, Swarm, X-Flight, & Top Thrill Dragster are some names that are really good, but not near perfect.

It seems like Pirate Reef already opened over 2 weeks ago: It looks like a really nice ride, any reviews on it? Anyways, I can't wait to ride it as I'm getting my LLC season pass in 2 weeks, the first time going to Legoland since 2008.

Did you not expect them to? Personally, I think they did a great job on it. I agree, they did a much better job then I expected them to do. Really, if they built a new enterance, it wouldn't have a return in investment. This is good news! If all goes well, it will easily open next Friday.

That's what I hear from my friends all the time but I tell them the story of how they re-opened the ride for about 6 more months a year after the accident and that it still had high ridership despite the accident that happened. It was moved to Dorney Park because Cedar Fair was going to sell CGA and Invertigo was the only asset that could generate a good amount of money in a different park. Everyone believes me after I say that since I always say it in a very logical way and plus my story is longer than the other guy (and best of all, it's true).

I had a bad day in SFDK in October 2011. I pretty much waited in line most of the day and for six+ hours I only rode Cobra, Sky Screamer, Medusa, & Kong. Later that day, I watched the shows and afterwards I went to Roar Plaza to find that Roar & Pandemonium both had very long lines. After seeing that, I left the park (it was nighttime anyways).

I agree, the old paint job looks much better than the new one. Was Vortex re-painted into it's current color because Tidal Wave was painted green?

I was browsing through Google Images and I found this rare photo of Green Vortex, I'm surprised by how similar it looks to Riddler's Revenge. Linky (By the way, I am not trying to advertise the link's page, I am not affiliated with the owner of the image)

^Those are the same trains Vortex (CGA) has (with old restraints): Linky I don't think Vortex ever had Intamin (or Giovanola) trains since it's the same trains used today with new V-shaped restraints. So that probably is Iron Wolf's B&M train.

I think it's really pathetic how NY-NY changed the name of their roller coaster from Manhattan Express to Roller Coaster. I really don't know what was wrong with the Manhattan Express name and it is a million times better than Roller Coaster.

Perhaps Batwing is going to be another victim of the "ride rotation program". I'm guessing it's going to SFStL.

Even though there is a construction site in CGA, none of my friends know there is a new coaster being built (until I tell them). So, it might not be a secret to enthusiasts, but it's pretty much a secret to the GP.

Holy moly! That first drop is epic, it looks like a drop from a Dive Machine. This might beat El Toro's drop.

If both rides are dispatched at the same time, It probably will not injure Lex Luthor riders, but just give them a really rough ride. Remember, I'm saying probably.
