I think that was where I was at when I left the theater. I couldn't put my finger on it, but I left feeling kind of let down. The longer I thought about it, the more I realized how deep the movie was, and it was much more than what I had just "seen." Then I began to really like it. If that makes sense. I'm going back to see it in a week or so. I think there was almost too much to take in, and it became overwhelming, which led to my confussion of whether or not I liked it.

A little constructive criticism about your posting. One, you started a thread that was pointless until you updated it with an actual project. That's a no-no. Two, don't post ultimatums like "GET OFF MY THREAD!" For one, caps is yelling and annoying, and two, this isn't Atari's Forums. We have more decorum here. I went to Ohio to buy this, and it was released in WI the same weekend. Grrrrr. My gift to myself after I finished our bathroom remodel. Stone goodness. An Abra sighting! Uh oh. I can't speak for temperatures ranges, but it's not as warm in the winter. As for January, anywhere between holidays at the Disney parks it's usually pretty crowded. There's a ton of info on dates and crowds at most of the major Disney fansites.

I'm going to bet that Nolan, and he will be back, and his brother will do what ever villian fits the bill. I'd like to see the Penguin, but I'm not sure he'd be in the next one. The Riddler might make sense, and there's some speculation that the Mad Hatter might make an appearance. It's all way too early though. As for the ending, I got the distinct impression that it was written with the idea that the Joker would be back in the next one. At least in some capacity. I still believe Two Face is not dead, and will be back. There was too much character development for him to just vanish so quickly.

You might want to explain that DCI = Drum Corp International. The more desrciptive, the more interest you might receive.

Saw it yesterday morning with my wife. I left the theater speechless. Three hours later, I still couldn't put into words what I just saw. This movie just sucks you in. I knew it was good when she looked at me in the car and said, "we have to see it again in the theater." A cool tidbit, Gotham City News' office lobby, is actually the building I work in. As well as the alley scene associated with it.
