^I would not necessary count that turn as a over-banked turn. Go watch a POV of MF. Not that it really matters, because its just marketing. It's not going to change how awesome of a ride iron rattler is shaping up to be. I can't wait to ride it.

Just found this link I did an article on proposed theme parks in Houston click here if you like to read it. Grand Texas theme park looks like its on the right pathway. I still won't get my hopes up to high till I see land clearing and buildings going up. Not that it would ever happen but it be crazy if Houston got Earthquest, Grand Texas and the small theme park in Texas City. It's still cool to know Houston might get its theme park one day.

I only rode it once and the a/c was off. I was sweating the whole ride. Just ride TTD, the tallest view tower in the park. Thanks for the new photos, all the new coasters this year look photogenic. It's going to be a great coaster season.

The train looks amazing, the coaster looks amazing. (I sound like a broken record) I love that the train hauls butt up the lift hill. Hey RMC, I think I love you.

Great photos. I love the way the drop has like a curve or slight jolt to the left in it so its not just a straight drop. I cant wait to ride it.

I voted for once. I won't lie, I normally just look over the results of the poll but I decided to vote this time. Plus, I got to vote for NTAG #1

Have you been on NTAG? After my first ride on it, my first words were "that was so smooth". The iron horse treatment will make it very smooth compared to the old ride. So I don't blame them for advertising that it will be smooth. The old layout went into circles at the top of the cliff forever. This layout took that boring circles part out and added amazing turns thus you cut off like half the old ride. Not to mention this time the coaster will be hauling butt through the whole ride so of course the ride time is shorter.

19.99 is not bad, I really wish they would lower the price of the pier. They just had a 16.99 deal which is about what its worth. I will be down in Galveston during the 19.99 deal but I will be there to party it up for Mardi Gras.

When we were there last year, they showed us the train they designed that was able to complete the track the way they wanted. I believe they are now making the rest of the train (like the actual seats) and then will test that over and over again. I know its been said before but one of these days...

Crazy announcement. I like J.J. Abrams and the writer they picked. I think it will be a great collaboration.

I have not been to Six Flags America in about 7 years but I remember riding Wild One a lot more then Superman. We also only spent a few hours at the park on our trip.

So I finally watched the video posted a few pages back. How come no one is talking about the most important thing from the video? Six Flags is theming the coaster. I love when parks add any kind of theming and there adding a whole story to Iron Rattler. I can't wait to tell my friends to call the number on the truck while in line.

^every time I see the outlaw run trains, i think " I created GOLD again". It's a inside joke with some friends. Those trains just look great.

You should be mad at B&M then. I bet they sell Six Flags the Batman clones for a great price. It's not like every park has the same 8-10 coasters. Look at SFOT and SFFT, two very close parks. They had 3 coasters that were the same but they still had enough rides/coasters that are different enough to make it worth a trip to both. Maybe since my local parks are obviously Six Flags, I don't hate on them. I'm not saying there perfect parks. I still think there heading into the right direction. Just look at the variety of new attractions this year.

Wow, and that is just one flat ride. Looks like I will have a reason to upgrade my computer again. It's looking good.

I wanted to try one

The thing with Six Flags to me, is I feel like the parks can do so much more. They all have the potential to be amazing parks. Like it was mention in previous posts, the parks need to focus on what they do best. I will say, that I like the direction Six Flags has been going lately.
