  1. Alright, I've been meaning to ask this for some time. My brother was the one who initially asked me the question and I thought I knew but I am not sure. I just spent around 30-40 minutes trying to search for the answer in the thread because I thought surely, someone else has asked it. The question I have is: Why does NTAG still have an employee working on the MCBR? The employee is always just chilling in the seat, sometimes will wave to the trains. I have heard it has power outages in that area but why would you need an employee sitting up there all day. Does he control the brake run? Most of the time if your stuck on a coaster, then you will wait for the employee to climb up to you. Its probably a very simple answer. I just have been so curious about it since my brother asked me.
  2. I was very close to going to Legoland last time I was in Orlando. But now I must go for Star Wars Miniland.
  3. Gravity Group : Can you give us a preview to the new Fun and Wow things you have planned according to your facebook status on October 25th? (this is more of a question, if they have not released the information but I am not sure why they would hold anything back at IAAPA)
  4. Gravity Group : Any chance Boardwalk Bullet in Kemah will get re-tracked?
  5. When they tear down Anaconda, they should try to enlarge the tunnel it goes through and have the new coaster use it. I only say enlarge because how awesome would a wing coaster be diving under the water.
  6. I was actually thinking the same thing. Perhaps since it is more open and not so compact, its easier for them to work on it. It could also be, they just got it down now.
  7. Blood - In this Moment
  8. I would like a Peanut Butter, hold the Jelly, sandwich
  9. Some of the food looks really good in the photos. Also great photos all around.
  10. I actually thought about going to work for Cedar Point for a summer one year but then I talked to a girl who's job was to work the line for disaster transport. I was worried that I be stuck doing a the same job for a whole summer. This was a few years ago though and I am sure its a lot of fun to work there.
  11. Intamin : Do you believe you will ever break your own record of height or speed?
  12. Intamin : Do you ever pat yourself on the back when you hear another one of your coasters is ranked #1?
  13. Question for Intamin : Do you have any job openings or internships available?
  14. Question for B&M : Will the Gatekeeper trains use the same restraints used on the Wild Eagle trains?
  15. Question for B&M: Do you feel like your company has lost originality when you get asked to build another Batman The Ride inverted coaster clone?
  16. Question for B&M : Your dive coasters are so fun and thrilling, however we have only seen two built in the USA, what do you think is the reason behind this?
  17. 10 days seems like a long time at Cedar Point. Especially now that you can get fast lane. If you are renting a car, you could possible take a few days and drive to some near by parks and attractions. I know we always go to Kings Island when we visit Cedar Point. I also sugguest checking out the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland.
  18. I had this argument once with another coaster enthusiast about the kiddie coaster credit. Basically for me I will go on the kiddie coaster if I am at the park or if it was a stop along the way. I would never go out of my way for a kiddie coaster. When I went on a TPR Tour, that was the most kiddie coasters I have rode on a trip but it was fun having our little take overs of the coasters. I think like most have already posted, its really just how extreme of a coaster enthusiast you are. If your into counts, its easier to get that number up by counting all the kiddie coasters. Besides, how funny is it when you have a kiddie coaster train full and it can not make it up the lift hill?
  19. last question for RMC: With some of the crazy designs, you guys have created for wooden coasters, will we ever see you getting into the (full, not hybrid) steel roller coaster business ?
  20. 3rd question for RMC : Will there be a possible full POV of Iron Rattler available soon?
  21. 2nd question for RMC : How will the weight of a full train not move the track while inside the barrel roll (of Outlaw Run or Iron Rattler) after many months of running through it?
  22. RMC: From the start, how did the idea of New Texas Giant come into play?
  23. Favorite defunct roller coaster : All coasters at Six Flags AstroWorld. Favorite defunct ride : Horizons (Epcot)
  24. I am going to agree with Wild Eagle. I would of put Verbolten as most overrated but I rode it at night and what a difference that made. Wild Eagle was my first wing coaster so I was a little excited for something new. I mean it was not a bad ride, it just did not live up to my expectations. I will say that the night ride on Wild Eagle is different since you get blinded during the ride from all the photo flashes.
  25. ^^ The park will also be open a few days in November and December so I am sure someone will be able to get a few good photos. Seems like construction on it so far is moving along at a fast pace.
