I got a new alarm clock that allows you to plug in a ipod but my ipod has a case to big to allow it to sit properly in the plug. So now I have to find a new slim case for it. But of course its an older ipod touch so its impossible to find a case for it.

Eric's Dollywood Thread!
Mrlittle replied to ernierocker's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I was very impressed with the Roller Coaster Museum. We spent about 20-25 minutes in there and I thought it had some great photos and information. It was a great place to go while it was raining as well. -
The park really has changed. I believe with all these new additions, Universal Resort may even start to be a 3 day park. 2 days for both parks and 1 day for just Harry Potter lands. It be cool if they use the construction sites to there advantage for HHN. Maybe through in a few crazy looking construction workers. I'm sure they already thought of that.

^ That is some cool information. I had no idea we would get flashlights for one of the houses. I'm getting really excited for my trip now. Does anyone know on the preview night for HOS, if there is anything I will miss? I mean I understand the actors may not be up to par yet since it will be the first weekend.

Are we talking 260 for all the houses plus the scare zones or just the scare zones? Either way, some of the stuff you talked about got me very excited for HOS. I will be there Sept 21st for the preview night. I can not wait. I of course will take some pictures. I even have a guest, decided to come with me last minute, who I can not wait to see her scream at HOS.

I'm going to HOS Tampa on Sept 21st. I will be taking some videos for my video class I'm in. What do you need the videos for? I could send you the scenes I take of HOS. -

Coaster Types and Capacity
Mrlittle replied to Solipsisto's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Just put buzz bars on all trains. Who needs seat belts and individual lap bars. Then you could run lots of capacity. Nah, like most of have said, I think B&M hypers have the best capacity. Also someone mention the dual loading. I do remember Cheetah Hunt actually moving very quickly when I went during the summer. -
If they decided to expand on the Pixar, I have a few thoughts. First Finding Nemo 2 has recently been rumored (not sure if its confirmed) but a great Finding Nemo roller coaster would be cool. Also Monster Inc. University is coming soon. I'm sure there is a ride to be made from that. Both of those rides can go into the Backlot Tour area cause that needs to go. Correct me if i am wrong but doesn't that area of the park even close after 6pm as well. At least they closed it early last time i was there. Just seems like a waste. I kind of think EPCOT needs the next big expansion but a Pixar expansion to the Studios would be nice.

Those new Fastpass+ systems will probably work great and all. I mean who doesn't want more fastpass. However, now that there at the entrances, it kind of like takes away from the theming. I mean there small but there also in the way. When the other fast pass machines are normally away from the rides entrance. I guess I will have to wait to see what they look like when its all done.

Golden Ticket Awards 2012 Results

^ I agree with all of this. I hate to say it but not having I305 or Skyrush higher shows who ever votes for these rides are afraid of real roller coasters. Skyrush with its air ejector seat time, should of been ranked higher. The seats don't hurt if you cross your legs. Honestly, I did not think it hurt at all. I305 is just a forceful ride that is more thrilling then most of the coasters in the top 10.
