  1. I've worked for Wal-mart and Best Buy for many years. All year we were basically below making profit until the you probably already guessed it, the Holidays. It's common for any major company to be in debt but they keep working. Just look at our national debt for an example.
  2. I love it and now I want to play RCT!
  3. I didn't realize the inside of the Dumbo queue was so large and themed so nicely. Fantasy land keeps looking better and better.
  4. I would love to see a huge double down from the side of the quarry. They may have added an inversion of some kind since the announcement of Silver Dollar City's coaster. I mean we all know Six Flags likes trying to run up everyone.
  5. I just bought it to put it in my backyard. It will make it easier to water my garden.
  6. Some great photos from a great tour. I wish I had a time machine so I could go back to the start of this awesome tour.
  7. Correct, they need to bring back the original Pink Things.
  8. I agree. I rode it 6 times when I was there with the TPR tour. Honestly, I only felt it once hurt my legs. One thing I did that seem to help me was cross my feet. But yeah your right that Skyrush is better for the "omg im out of my seat factor" then I305. Hershey is magical and It's still one of my favorite parks to go to.
  9. Nice photos. I always like seeing a park using lots of theming. It looks like a fun park to visit.
  10. I be happy if they announced next year, were bringing back PINK THINGS
  11. Cedar Point might actually make a wing rider go fast. It does look like a great and fun coaster.
  12. ^ I wonder if they will announce something after 10 days. The Rattler is closed but now its time for NEW Rattler and perhaps show off a picture or video. At least now I have a reason to go back to SFFT soon.
  13. I'm just guessing but I bet you will still have a 30-40 minute wait for Texas Giant. It has become the most popular ride there now. They also have a weird system where they only let so many go up into the station so while your waiting, you will probably see tons of empty seats fly by. I would suggest last row if you want that OMG how am i staying in my seat feel. But honestly it pulls airtime in every seat and lots of it. It's a great ride worth the wait.
  14. After seeing these pics, makes me want to jump in my truck and drive the hour to go ride Iron Shark some more. To bad you couldn't get a ride on Boardwalk Bullet since its been running pretty good lately. Yes I totally agree Texas toast makes anything better.
  15. Yeah I went twice this season already and I had no problems with the employees. I think you just caught that one employee on a very bad night. It's a shame but at least you eventually got to get back on New Texas Giant and all its glory.
  16. This coaster is looking great. I just got back from SFOT like a week ago and rode New Texas Giant and loved it. "So Smooth". It's going to be interesting what they do on this coaster that tops the Giant.
  17. I went to DCA a few years ago and we thought it was missing something. So when I found out they were going to re-do basically the whole park, I got excited. But this is just beyond what I was thinking. It all just looks more Disney. It looks so good that I now have to start planning another trip out to Cali. They really have done a great job with this. Oh and the ear thing with World of Color looked amazing. I wish I could of been there to see that.
  18. I love the theming of the park. Even on the small rides, they had great theming.
  19. Yes its been a tradition at SFOT for many years. When I asked the employee working, she told me that Blue Bell wanted to sell pink things in the store but Six Flags was against that. So this is Six Flags first try on it. According to her, they have another flavor they will try when they run out of the push ups. But I'm not sure how accurate that is and if the new flavor is closer to the one before.
  20. I just return from my mini-trip to Six Flags Over Texas. I haven't been there in almost 3 years. Not sure why since its only a 4 hr drive from Houston. Anyways I went yesterday on Sat 6/16 and even though it was packed, there seemed to be short lines except for maybe a few rides. I have two big positives but 1 big negative from my trip. First the negative- WHY DID THEY CHANGE PINK THINGS? I asked the employee and she tried to explain it to me but seriously I used to love those things. Now my 2 Positives - 1. I rode Mr. Freeze and loved it. I thought it was cool blasting backwards. It's almost a new ride now. 2. NEW TEXAS GIANT - I absolutely love this ride. It shocked me just how good it was. I rode it twice at night and was so happy it was my last coaster of the night. Its in my top 10 and to be honest (this will shock some) I liked the old Texas Giant, so I was glad this ride was so amazing. So smooth. So all together, it was a great trip. I got in a few other rides as well. I saw Aga-Boom (not sure if I am spelling that right) and thought it was very fun. Especially for my nieces which one of my nieces rode her very first coaster with loops on Shockwave. Did I mention how great New Texas Giant is?
  21. I like the layout on this one. Its so hard for me to convince my family to go to other things in Orlando besides seeing the mouse but this might be easier to.
  22. As someone who's home park was Six Flags Astroworld (RIP) I loved Greezed Lightnin, I can still remember riding multiple times where we did not have to get off. Just a great ride, fun ride. I was glad when they sold it but now that they are finally rebuilding it. That is just super awesome. I will have to go make trip just to ride this old coaster a few more times.
