  1. Final Predictions for iRON Rattler : Tallest Drop, one inversion and insane amounts of air time. And inside the tunnel will be a DISCO TUNNEL
  2. It looks like its going to be a fun ride. Maybe not a lot of air time but I bet some of those turns will be great. Just another reason added to my list for me to go back to California theme parks
  3. It even called NEW Texas Giant. Of course its a new coaster. I would love to see a new coaster but I just don't see it being this year. Unless its a relocated coaster. It's probably just going to be some flat rides and a skyscreamer. Maybe the DC area expansion. A cool wingrider themed to a DC comic would be awesome for 2014
  4. You know as crazy as it sounds. A "giga" is going bigger. I believe that was one of the hints If only... Thursday needs to hurry up and get here. I still just think its going to be an expansion of the park with some flat rides and a skyscreamer.
  5. I've been to SFOT twice this season. I had no problems with employees or the rides. The theming and cleanliness is actually not bad for a Six Flags. I remember using a restroom in SFOT and actually saying "this restroom is really clean". Both trips, I had employees joking with me. Overall I enjoyed both of my trips this season.
  6. Great, great photos. That panoramic photo at the end is awesome. The golf course at night looks really great. ^ Of course and those drinks look good.
  7. I love theming on a coaster. I always think it adds to the ride experience. Sometimes it's as simple as just the station or things on the ride. Whatever the case may be, I love theming. Six Flags as much as they want to fight it, is known for coasters. They should just stick with that. I don't mind them adding a few things for theming to the coaster. I will say that one of my favorite themed coasters was at a Six Flags park. It was Joker's Revenge at SFFT. I just loved the fun house you had to walk through before you got to the ride. The ride itself was not that fun. I wonder if the GP even notices the themed areas at a Six Flags.
  8. I think there just going to announce a DC area. Add in a few rides and perhaps theme a Skyscreamer to a super hero. Then in 2014 they will add some kind of crazy coaster in the new developed area. They could have the area all cleared and ready to go for the coaster.
  9. Great photos. I have Skyrush at #6 on my top 10. The ejector out of your seat air time it has is amazing. Even up to that final small bunny hill. I can't wait to see your Knoebels photos. I love that place.
  10. I'm not sure if your being sarcastic with your comment but I would be game for that.
  11. Yes, when I got my season pass this year for SFOT, it was cheaper then the normal price. SFFT however does not have a cheaper one, I guess Six Flags considers that one as Houston's home park.
  12. Yes, they need to keep the tunnel, maybe they will just make it a disco tunnel like NTAG tunnels. And yes it is a small world after all. I did not think I meet any others from the land of the Pear on here.
  13. I just watched a Rattler POV.(made my back hurt just watching it) But while I was watching it, I totally forgot about the tunnel. I know its probably been said before, but that would be an awesome place for the inversion or just an awesome double down coming out of it. They have so many options for this coaster. Even if all they did was larger version of NTAG, I be happy since SFFT is closer to me. The excitement level is rising.
  14. Nice report, I always enjoyed Disaster Transport when I went. It's always sad to see any coaster go but of course the replacement looks very good. Also Blue Streak looks great with its new paint job.
  15. With the name "Iron Rattler", I bet you could do some awesome advertising. I'm just saying
  16. I think they be better off in a location with no competition like say Houston, Texas. A city in desperate need of a theme park. 1.2 Billion would probably get you a lot more here in Texas as well. I'm just saying. But like you said, I'm sure its not going to happen.
  17. ^ I never realized Medusa was that big of a coaster. That seems like enough space to add a few rides and a coaster.
  18. Some great photos of the trip. I wish I could go back and do it all over again. I didn't think it was that bad but I crossed my legs during the last few rides and that really seem to help. I want to go back and ride it at least. Yes, I was so happy I decided to ride it again at night. The blindness during the ride made it better. I agree. This is how I start every conversation when someone ask "How was your theme park trip?" It was worth every dollar and now I am hooked.
