  1. Yes it will be a new credit. Just like Irat and NTag were new. Hmm Medusa Steel Coaster needs a nick name? Medu, MeS, MeDuSt, MeSt.
  2. It's not music but a background noise you can hear. I always enjoyed when the train rolls back on Storm Runner as the magnetic brakes drop and you hear that voice say "Now get ready, here we go", then the train launches. My favorite music played on a coaster is probably California Screamin'
  3. You have a knack for taking coaster photos. You should make a book of all the funny faces people make in your photos.
  4. I keep forgetting that they already have the station and queue line built. I'm sure they will add some theming to it. The coaster already excites me and can't wait to see more updates.
  5. Stand up coasters for me. I just hate how long it always takes to load them. Someone on the train always either push down to low or not low enough then everyone has to reset.
  6. I say the basic loop. Just because..
  7. ^ It would probably be good to watch the weather. The park has been closing lately due to bad weather. I'm not sure what the rules are but it was around 36 degrees one year and I was still able to ride coasters at the park.
  8. Well considering 6 of my top 10 coasters are Intamin, I think its easy to know who I went with. They just do things different and always seem to produce a crazy fun filled coaster.
  9. This is starting to become ridiculous. SeaWorld concert: Heart drops out after Barenaked Ladies, Willie Nelson ditch Orlando festival
  10. Another great TR. The captions were funny. I wish I could take this same trip.
  11. I hope this is the right place to put this. I just saw this article and thought it was interesting. Could this mean new attractions in the future based on the adventures of Indy? What franchise does Disney not own now? Link Disney Gets Control of 'Indiana Jones' Movie Rights from Paramount
  12. I'm thinking my first Schwarzkopf could of been Viper or Greezed Lightnin. I have a photo of me on Viper when I was really young so I will go with it. It was simple layout but it was fun. I'll never forget putting my arms out on the last turn where you could touch unmowed grass or waiting for the chain to catch the train in the station. I miss Astroworld Viper layout Here is a decent POV. (I believe from a TPR member) It's hard to find video from Astroworld. [youtu_be] [/youtu_be]
  13. 1 - Maverick 2 - Top Thrill Dragster 3 - Wicked Twister 4 - Millennium Force 5 - Blue Streak 6 - Gemini 7 - Raptor 8 - Magnum 9 - Corkscrew 10 - Mean Streak 11 - Iron Dragon 12 - Mantis 13 - Cedar Creek Mine Ride 14 - Woodstock Express 15 - Gatekeeper
  14. This has to be the most detailed TR so far on TPR. I look forward to reading your thoughts/opinions on the parks. Especially the first couple we visited. Great, Great TR so far.
  15. Oh you know as well anyone else, SFMM would never get a pass.
  16. Look at the smirk on my face. (I am guy wearing a grey shirt sitting next to Laura) Fun photo of me Hanno.
  17. I just took the time to back this project. Like I stated before, I really like this idea. I think its an important piece of theme park history. So lets make this happen.
  18. Here let me help you mimic the experience at home... Sit in a chair, any chair. Your office chair or kitchen. It doesn't really matter. Just sit there. Don't do anything for about 90 seconds. There. You're done. You've just ridden a B&M Wingrider. hahaha This thread is hilarious.
  19. I never thought of buying Theme Park related ornaments. I really like the Grinch ornament that was posted.
  20. It's going to be hard for me to resist the urge to look at the updates while I am work on Monday.
  21. I can't decide which one I dislike more. Seriously, wing coasters are boring rides. Okay if I had to choose, I pick gatekeeper only because CP got a really nice new park entrance.
  22. Plus it helps this coaster never has a line.
  23. How do we know they haven't put in footers already? Can you see the location of the ride from the street or are we just guessing. I bet the park has a time line for the ride and I'm sure it will go up quickly. If you were a park trying to reopen to the public, wouldn't you want your new star attraction to be open and ready?
  24. I had no idea that Schlitterbahn was trying to build a park in Florida. I really liked my short visit many years back to Ft. Lauderdale. It had a tourist city feel to me so a new water park would probably do very well. I still think Ft. Lauderdale would be a good place to put the polercoaster but that's a different thread.
  25. After staying at Hotel Breakers this last summer, I am really happy to see they are starting on the remodel. Its a win-win for everyone.
