  1. Looking forward to seeing all the photos. Great start with these.
  2. I would have really liked to ride the Comet at Crystal Beach, but I was 4 when it closed. Anyone got a flux capacitor? Definitely glad it's still around though.
  3. ^I would definitely consider Behemoth's airtime to be floater air rather than ejector air, but it gets you floating pretty quickly, and the trims are very light as well.
  4. ^Have fun! Thomas was definitely deserving of the Conn Smythe.
  5. It used to run really well from what I've heard. Makes you wonder if they got the new trains so they wouldn't have to put as much maintenance in.
  6. It's about a 4 hour drive each way from Cedar Point to Kings Island. If your looking at a credit run, it could work. The Invertigo, kiddie woodie and kiddie SLC get really long lines and are not included in the Fast Lane so do those first if your interested and get the other non fast lane coasters out of the way right afterwards. I'd probably start with Vortex since that had the longest line two weeks ago. By the time mid afternoon rolls around, you should have everything done except for the Fast Lane rides which you'll be able to walk right on to. Kings Island gets really crowded but you should have a pretty good day.
  7. ^I was there about 3 weeks ago on the Road To CP trip. I think Robb commented that if the SLC still had the original trains that it might actually kill someone.
  8. 14/20. Better than I thought it would be. I'll admit I got lucky on at least a couple of them, but I knew more than I thought I would.
  9. Epicenter was NW of Richmond, VA. KD, BGW and SFA are all pretty close by. Would be interesting to hear how they handled it. For people who aren't used to earthquakes, I could see some people panicking.
  10. Gambling, hookers....and a church. Sure...why not?
  11. 30 000 (sq meters) = 7.41316144 acres as per Google. Is expecting the average family to visit the park at least 3 times a year a bit to optimistic?
  12. I got 15/20 on both. Happy with the Europe score, but not so much with the Canada/US.
  13. BOOBIES! I was there a couple weeks ago but never noticed that. The perogies were great as was the birch beer.
  14. ^ I eliminated alot of answers like that too. 15/20.
  15. The park definitely needs some love. Replacing Predator with a new woodie would be a great start, or at least some new large coaster.
  16. Not a good year at all for Morey's. Good that no one was seriously hurt this time.
  17. ^I would really appreciate that too.
  18. Pittsburgh could be referring to steel, as in steel coaster.
  19. Great stuff Joey! The airtime on Cyclops looks insane!
  20. ^Ferris wheels in general make me nervous. The Wonder Wheel is pretty scary.
  21. Are these characters auto.....erotica? So is Kings Island the Cedar Fair testing facility now? They were the first to get Dino's alive and are the first to get the Fast Lane system.
  22. A few of us Road to CP peeps visited Coney Island a couple days before that trip started. We went whoring the kiddie credit a Deno's and the ride op asked us "Weren't you guys here just last week?"
