If it were me, I'd consider flying out of DC on your way home rather than trekking back to NYC. I'm assuming your trying to avoid the "drop fee" for your rental car but it's something to consider. That way, you could do Great Adventure coming out of NYC and make your way through Atlantic City, Pennsylvania and Cedar Point before heading down to the DC area. I would definitely recommend the two days at Cedar Point, and definitely stay on site, at least at the Breakers Express. Hotel guests can get in the park with season pass holders an hour before the general public does. Whatever you decide...have fun!

Nicely done. Rare credit amongst TPR for sure. Really messed up looking coaster, but it looks awesome.

The only time I've ever had dippin' dots was at Dorney Park with a snack voucher. It was good, but it's definitely expensive.

It's definitely a good idea, but I'd like to see a place like Knoebels do something like this.

We will have to see how it runs, but it's definitely more comparable to MF than I305 or some of the other hypers around. If the way Behemoth runs is any indication, Leviathan will probably trump MF, but we will see.

Maybe the term "General Public" is just too general (no pun intended). I just think of it as those people who just talk out of their ass, or are just plain stupid. Not all non enthusiasts fit that category.
