The op was able to open the restraints after they were locked. The maintenance guy had to tighten something on the train before they could let us go.

Hopefully they have better luck with it in Minnesota. Edit: Just realized, I mixed up Worlds Of Fun and Valleyfair. Should have said Missouri.

Row 6 was not the only row with issues. Row 5 had the same problem. I honestly have to say that scared the crap out of me.

It definitely sounds interesting. Hopefully we get some concept art or something.

This is the point I realized I should have followed the advice of the conveniently placed sign. I probably would never have gotten to Arkansas if not for this stop so it was definitely a nice addition to the trip.

Even with the wooden coasters, they mentioned at Leviathan Bash last year that they had redone the footers on Wild Beast to go deeper in the ground in an attempt to keep the coaster from shaking as much. I believe, they also said they can still get parts for both Vortex and SkyRider and that they should still be running for the foreseeable future.

I think this thread needs a bump. Any guesses on that last movie?

Stupid boomerang!

^^I avoided all of that, only to trip over the stupid boomerang train the next day! I was trying to get over to the other side of the station to put my bag in the bin and I tripped trying to get out of the train. I scraped my elbow and bashed my knee. Stupid Boomerang!

This, lol! Hopefully this is a sign the park is going on the right track. I remember that particular one spun a lot.

^A shooting dark ride doesn't make sense, seeing as they already have one. And why you would go with someone other than Sally for a ride like that is beyond me.

I've never used the Fast Lane at Canada's Wonderland, but it's a wristband and you can use it to go up the designated line at the attractions that have it. If you've been to a Cedar Fair park and used it, it's exactly the same. I highly recommend Fast Lane plus (which includes Leviathan and Behemoth), especially this weekend as it's the Labour Day long weekend and it will be very busy!

The X Coaster was definitely crazy and I'm glad I got the chance to ride it, and it was great that the park was so welcoming to us. I'm not sure I would have ever gotten to Arkansas on my own, so it was definitely a great stop.

I couldn't believe how much everyone brought for the snack exchange! I remember the bourbon balls being amazing! The Chinese snacks were really interesting too.

Got an email from Canada's Wonderland confirming a new ride for 2014. Announcement is indeed August 30th.

Silver Dollar City is definitely right up there. The skillets are amazing, and of course the cinnamon bread.
