^I liked Wildcat when I first rode it. This was the first year it sported the Millennium Flyer trains, and they'd done some track work, too. But two years ago, it was, well, not good.
^True. If anything Gwazi was worse with the Flyers.
I am looking forward to this ride, as I think it will fit in perfectly with the wooded setting of New France. I think the theme is a bit "off," but I'm sure the ride will be enjoyable and that the park will maintain it well.
^In general, if you can't keep it your stuff in your pockets, it has to go in a locker. I know that ride ops provide a a one-use fanny pack for Tempesto, as well as a small basket in the station for a few items.
I caught Batman v. Superman today. Not a great movie, but there are some amusing scenes. Ben Affleck is surprisingly good as Bruce Wayne/Batman, and Gal Gadot makes a good impression as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman. But there are plot holes you could drive a truck through, and the big finale is yet another CGI crap fest.
Devil's Backbone (Lexington, Va.) Skull Crushing Ape
This is a dark doppelbock that I think got its name due to the distinct aroma of bananas when you open the bottle. It's pretty good stuff, and it's got a nice kick (8%).
Only site admins and moderators can set up "official" park discussion threads. If you want to stir up some discussion about Diggerland, post a photo trip report after you visit the park.
Thank you.
