^We'll see. Mach Tower was delayed about three months due to a manufacturer's error (and it's been pretty buggy since). Drop of Doom should be debuting on July 7, if all goes well from here on.
^This sould be their new theme for this ride:
"El Coaster Diablo: Only when it is destroyed will their souls be free!"
That being said, I do like Movie Park.
This is turning out to be a very intriguing project. Silver Dollar City is one of the best parks in the country, and this new coaster is shaping up to be an excellent, and appropriately quirky, addition.
"I say, Lurch! Looks like Magic Mountain's new ride had been delayed. Want to check out what people think online?"
I think everyone needs to cool off a bit.
^^I'd also like to note that this is essentially what happened with Busch Gardens Williamsburg over Mach Tower last year. They didn't even cancel the media day until two days out.
You get a nice view of the James River and Surrey County from the top of Griffon; that is, until you make that right turn and you're looking at the brewery.
Did you crown a King Rat?
Insane is one of the most appropriately named rides anywhere. I thought I'd be "one and done" with Insane, but ended up riding five or six times and really liking it. Grona Lund is just a great park in general.
And now we know where the breaks start! Looks like some pretty abrupt breaking though.
I'm just puzzled that the park decided to build horizontally, rather than vertically.
^^I think it's some sort of law that all Merlin parks must have a pizza-and-pasta buffet. If the roast chicken at the buffet is like what they serve at the Festhaus at BGW, I imagine it's pretty good.
I'd like to check out Aquatica the next time I'm in Orlando. I've heard mixed reviews of the place, and I'd like to decide for myself.
