Same with me when I walked through the Florida version last year. I did like the part through the forest that used a lot of strobe-light effects.

Last week I returned to the station while riding Raptor. Just before the restraints were released I felt a little something on my leg. Then before I knew it, the spider ascended to right in front of my face! I was trapped! By some insane amount of luck the spider did not eat my face off. It's all the work of the Spider Lady.

I think you're confusing Journey with White Cyclone, haha. But I don't understand the difference! Does anybody? And does anybody really know what time it is? Does anybody really care? Getting back to Journey to the Center of the Earth, I think it's one of Disney's greatest creations--perfect dark ride with a few thrills thrown in. Plus, it has Lava Monster.

Rest in Peace "Rowdy" Roddy Piper--one of the most entertaining professional wrestlers who ever hit somebody over the head with a chair. He was truly one of a kind.

I doubt we'll ever see a coaster this big traveling on the fair circuit in the U.S.

Just some Disneyland/DCA info. On Thursday Sept 10th, Disneyland is only open 9-5. I imagine this is for a press event that night since their Halloween stuff starts the next day. I am planning on doing the park all day then hopping over to DCA to do some more rides and World of Color. On Friday Sept 11th, Haunted Mansion Holiday AND Space Mountain (Ghost Galaxy?) will both be open! California Screamin' looks to still be closed. Then off to WCB! It's funny, but I haven'e seen the "original" Haunted Mansion in my last few trips to Disneyland. I'm always there after they convert it to "Nightmare Before Christmas" (not a complaint, as I like Jack Skellington and Company--just an observation). Looking forward to "Ghost Galaxy."

I would like to visit Universal Singapore someday. Universal's "greatest hits" combined with plenty of unique attractions.

Two very awesome features of the San Diego area! Belmont does not disappoint! I'm especially intrigued by Pizza Port, as I've heard people talking about it for years, and Belmont looks like fun (it'll be my first visit).
