  1. Yeah, I mean it would almost be impressive if they actually ended up worse... or even equally as bad. That would take a TON of effort! Yes, that would require great intellectual effort--or they could just hire Michael Bay.
  2. So, Seinfeld had the Soup Nazi while Lockhart has the BBQ Nazi?
  3. I walked into the station shortly after this incident.
  4. ^Oh, I know of at least one other. From the Hard Rock Park thread: Your wish is granted.
  5. You have to admire the audacity of simply reusing Disney's Grizzly River Run bear.
  6. Dollywood
  7. This one at Busch Gardens Williamsburg on Sunday.
  8. Ultra Twister--Rusutsu Resort
  9. ^Here's the name: "Sushi Foot"!
  10. My only new rides this year are Fury 325, Tempesto, and the Seven Dwarfs Mine train, all of which were fun. Looking forward to seeing if Twisted Colossus tops them.
  11. Such a simple concept, yet such a cool ride.
  12. ^They should definitely name the ride "Foot Eater."
  13. Hmm--ask me again after West Coast Bash, as I have a sneaking feeling it'll be Twisted Colossus.
  14. ^The new flick couldn't possibly be any worse that episodes 1-3.
  15. All I have left to say on this topic is that time and time again on this site people have stated they know park plans before anyone else, and every time when the park unveils their plans for the next season said people have been wrong. So unless you work in the planning/development department of a park, the odds of you knowing what's going in at the park next year are very slim. And if you do work in yhe planning/development area of the park then you would know you don't go around posting about it online. That's what NDA's are for, and everyone on are around new project has to sign on. Now that I got that off my chest . . . Looking to head back to the park this coming weekend. It's been way to long. I need some Outlaw Run in my life!! Well backseat moderator, it's a good thing you're here to save the day. Though you might want to slow down your gun shooting a little bit. I didn't say either way if I knew what was coming. I played you like a fool and you took the bait hook line and sinker by telling it was mathematically improbable that "no one" knows on here. That doesn't mean that I know (course it doesn't mean I don't either). He asked if anyone knew. I said yes. How was that wrong? I was be snarky. Of course someone knows. Now don't you feel/look silly. Suggestion from Your Friendly Neighborhood Site Moderator: Knock it off. Now.
  16. People walking through a "smoke-free" park with lit cigarettes in their hands, as I saw at BGW yesterday.
  17. Quicksilver Express--Gilroy Gardens
  18. Either (or both) of these would be nice. As for me, I'm looking forward to Howl-o-Scream at the moment.
  19. I believe Vekoma stated that they will no longer build new coasters in the U.S. anymore. Where did you hear this? They work with Disney all the time--for example, the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train in Florida.
  20. The mine ride sounds like the most intriguing addition to Scary Farm.
  21. Awww... TPR's pov video made the ride seem pretty enjoyable. Yes, Japanese wooden coasters range from "OK" to downright bad. I guess my favorites are Elf at Hirakata and Regina at Tobu Zoo. At least those two don't shake and beat you to death. As for Universal Japan, what a great park!
  22. Looks like a decent park with a pretty good coaster selection.
  23. Same here. Are they going to build some sort of "mountain" for the ride to rumble around? That's what this banner implies.
