I love the Moser Vertigos. They are compact and you can get some really insane rides on them!

Who wants to bet that S:UF will become the X2 of SFDK with at the park's opening a gazillion people all rushing to its entrance?

I believe those are Impulse supports used with object collision turned completely off.

^^^&^^ Both are indeed valid points... I'm really looking forward to WCB at Knott's this year, mainly for the absolutely glorious Q&A Session that was my highlight last year. Plus I have so great questions.

Bit random, but if Formula Rossa was to go SBNO or be removed, would it still be considered the fastest coaster in the world? Or would the record go back to Kingda Ka? Hopefully they'll be able to properly budget the park and keep it open for many years to come!

^ I do think Windseeker is going to offset that a bit, simply because a GP looks at it and Goes: "zomg that's so much more intense than -insert ride here- because its high". And frankly they are visually stunning.

^ It is bolted to the slab of concrete. As for how long it'll take them to build, look at how fast SFMM built Green Lantern or how fast Dollywood built Wild Eagle, time is not a major concern. I'll be there during Holiday in the Park after Christmas so if anyone wants to meet up shoot me a PM

I usually get in line right as it closes up for the night, and when I get home after school it's usually right around time for me to play.

SF Managers at Bay Area Bash said this to us after they remarked about Zonga going to Mexico. "You know, let's stop talking about Mexico, Zonga went there, and let's stop talking about it." Possibly alludng to Pandamonium's Location?

For all those speculating about where this mystery GCI may go, they mentioned at Bay Area Bash that the noise studies they did would still allow them to place the coaster where it was originally slated to go in '08-'09.

While I'm not sure if any "offical" announcement was made, they basically insinuated that's where it would be heading.

That would be very dangerous, if you ask me! The Intamin Impulses don't have a floor drop, so it is quite possible for there to not be one.

^It's Northern California, it's REALLY FREAKIN COLD all the time up there in the winter. I mean, they have that snow hill there 24/7 during the Holiday In The Park Event.

If I recall correctly, didn't Rowling say if she felt like writing another book she would? Also they're doing that online interactive book thing. And Lego Harry Potter Years 5-7 was just released. The franchise is still continuing...

At Bay Area Bash, at the Q&A session they did mention that they were working on bringing the GCI to the park, and that it still will most likely happen. I'm also happy to hear an expansion of Boomerang Bay...hopefully they can also start operating all the Jackaroo Landing Slides again, as a good majority of them always seem to be closed.

Going to see Mission Impossible over Christmas Break. Not to see the movie, but to see the five minute preview for Dark Knight Rises that they're going to have before it.
