If the football dates are all you have to worry about, than all we are talking about are 10 days out of the year, including the preseason games. Obviously the possibility of more if they ever made the playoffs (hahahaha, good one, eh?). It seems like a minor issue if that's all. However, if the new stadium starts luring lots of other dates (concerts, etc)...

I would definitely +1 the thorough research idea. I seriously researched/contemplated a similar trip, but in the end the expense and travel time was too much for me personally. Doing it in manageable 'legs' made a lot more sense to me in the end. Also remember that you'll probably be riding a lot of the 'same coasters' by hitting all those SF's at once. Might make sense to research which has which clones and knock a couple off your list. Maybe go back and hit those later. Obviously the Cali and Texas parks would add a TON of mileage to your trip. While a TPR trip might not give you the 'road trip' experience you might be seeking, it probably makes a lot more sense from a 'coaster enjoyment' standpoint.

^^ OKC is gonna be monstrous. I'd expect them to trade or do something this offseason to get some more thickness down low. Ibaka is gonna be a beast, but I wouldn't be surprised to see them add to their post.

Sarver had absolutely nothing to do with acquiring Steve Nash. Hell, the Suns didn't even WANT Steve Nash. They wanted Kobe Bryant. Sarver sucks, that's all there is to it. And I'm sorry.. but trading a player for just cash should not be allowed. It doesn't make any sense whatsoever. It's not like they were kicking the pick down the road. They SOLD it. That isn't the only time he's done that, either. I saw your 'etc', but you were trying to reason as to why Sarver would sell a pick claiming that nobody knew he'd be good. Well Griff thought he'd be good, and he's the lead scout. So that's at least 1 person that matters. Beemer, I do totally agree that the Suns have put a winning team out on the floor the last few seasons. But it had nothing to do with Robert Sarver. The payroll was already pretty much locked and loaded with players when he took over. He's even had the suns up there in the top 5 in terms of payroll. But he does /really stupid/ shit to save money, which is why he's labeled as cheap. And I am seriously grateful the Suns arn't owned by Sterling. Although it will be nice in the coming years not to have to worry about playoff outcomes You could argue that it is Sarver's the Suns never got a ring. I don't think Rondo puts PHX over the hump in any particular year, because the only year he really matters to the Suns is this current year. Even with him, the Suns probably don't beat the Lakers(Plus, Dragic turned out great). But the KT trade was decimating. Especially considering KT was acquired by the Spurs and used to beat us in the same freaking year. Shaq was another one of Sarver's great ideas. Are there worse owners out there? These kind of arguments/complaints always baffle me. You do realize that if NBA execs knew Rondo would become the player he is today, he would've been drafted #1 out of Kentucky, right? It's like saying, "Damn, I sure am stupid for not heavily investing in that Google IPO." Trust me, I watched every single game Rondo played at UK, and even I would have had no hesitation in using him to trade up, etc., had the C's drafted him that year. Dantoni(the other douchebag) - "Yeah, I only use 6 guys anyway. I hate the guys on our bench, they are useless. He'd just sit on the bench anyway." Sarver "Sorry, we are selling our first round for cash, but hey, Amare is coming back next year! he's our "First rounder!"" Ugh. Don't even get me started about the Kurt Thomas trade.
