Thanks for the update. They are moving very quickly. Gotta love the fact that it hasn't rained a whole lot in the Tampa area so far this year. Hopefully they will make good progress throughout the summer. Real quick question that I'm not sure there is an answer to.. are they keeping the building that houses the skyride as part of the entrance/queue for the new coaster? or will that be completely redone..

The updates at BGTGuide have been the best and most steady that I've been able to find. He seems to update every few days, or as long as the skyride stays open.

If it's designed for the families including small children, than it would make sense to be a little more on the moderate side in terms of ride design. And there's nothing wrong with it being small, right? I mean, this is just an amenity for people staying at a hotel after all, right? Or is it a theme park first with a hotel attached?

It's absolutely luda. If I see one more ignorant fanboy opine about Intamin's engineers 'forgetting' to take into account the layout of the coaster when designing the wheel', or 'not realizing that a helix has high g forces when you drop a coaster from 300 feet'.. *bangs head on desk* The problem is, you run into these people in the real world.. and that is why there are AA meetings.

Why won't people just listen to me when I say this ride is still being tweaked and to expect to see changes all summer long? Of course you're going to see some trims removed...and probably put back on...and then removed again...and then placed in a diferent area...and then removed again. I feel really bad for KD right now.
