  1. Getting hit by a jet airplane right when its about to take off! Whats worst then being stuck in a tiny hole your whole life?
  2. When I went (October 9th) the V2 crew was doing good, but the Medusa crew was lacking, the waits for both rides weren't to bad though. And about Roar, I don't know about you, but I would MUCH rather Roar than Kong. And I thought Roar was running the best it had in along time yesterday, a little rough, but not to bad!
  3. Great PTR! I didn't see that "coffin simulator" thing when I was there, but I probably wouldn't have done it, it just looks to creepy!
  4. Not really, they added a few things on Roar, but nothing to dramatically change the theme. I didn't see much else on any of the other rides, just name changes.
  5. Just got back from fright fest, and I have to say, it WAS a lot better this year than last year! The Mazes there weren't amazing haunt/ HHN quality, but they where fun anyway. I was really surprised how many people DIDN'T have VIP, its only $5 more and you get into the mazes faster, but whatever, less wait time for me! . My favorite maze was "Slaughterhouse Pig Farm", the detail was good but the best part was that half of the maze was in the old iWerks theater building! . "Scrapyard of the dead" was good as well, the actors were great! The scare zones weren't that goodf, but defiantly worth watching. Roar was running the best it had in years today, IMO. Fright Fest is worth a visit or two if your in the area.
  6. Disney dumping all there characters for loony tunes! Whats worse than falling off the grand canyon?
  7. The Aftershock and Alienator concepts looked awesome, I love the whole "destroyed city" thing! When I saw that the Brady Bunch was a considered theme for this ride, I couldn't stop laughing, epically at that name! If I saw a or heard of a roller coaster called "Groovy Train", I would automatically think its lame. For the ride its self, it looked kind of boring to me, its drop, hill, turnaround, hill, hill, turnaround, brakes. The elevator lift would of been cool, but unless there some great airtime or laterals, I think it would just be a short version of Wildthing, fun, but not the awesome ride you think it would be.
  8. Golden Loop- Gold Reef City
  9. Enchanted Airways- Universal Studios Singapore
  10. Air- Alton Towers
  11. Yosemite Mine Train - American Adventure
  12. Oktoberfest is defiantly really high up there in my bucket list. Tons of crazy looking flat rides, 2 giant Schwarzkopf's, other giant coasters, hot pretzel girls, and the star of the show, BEER TENTS!!!! It looks freakin amazing!!
  13. I clicked on a thing that said "Wild eagle construction", but I got a Knott's Haunt TR, that's weird! Great TR anyway!
  14. Oh magical title fairy, may my title be changed to some that relates to the fact that I seem to go SFDK at least 20-30 times a year.
  15. It seems like most GP is clueless to the real names of the Six Flags park there at, they all just call it "Six Flags". That reminds me, when I was in 7th grade, my teacher asked what we did over the weekend so I replied that I went to Discovery Kingdom. I guess that got everyone confused, and here are some of the replies I got- "So its not called Six Flags Discovery Kingdom anymore?" "Since when was it called Discovery Kingdom?" "Do you mean Marine World?" "Are you sure you don't mean Six Flags?" "Where is that?" And the list just kept going on and on. (300th post! )
  16. Mine is of Hellcat at TimberFall, and that ride Kicks @$$, so, yeah...
  17. You might be a coaster nerd if... any time you hear the name Anton, you think Schwarzkopf. Or you have over 20 park maps displayed in your room!
  18. I remember driving by there a lot when it was still open, wanting to go there really bad! It was sad to see it go! Its just an empty field with some R.V.'s now
  19. I remember that! I was there that day it happened as well! I just remember what some kid told me- But I am still very sorry for the poor ride op who lost his leg.
  20. ^ I would love to, but my camera is horrible at taking pictures in the dark, stupid camera!
  21. I agree with you on the non-flash pass ride thing. If the ride can only hold 12 people, and a group of 12 people with q-bots come along, that's one cycle more you have to wait, the line would barely move if that's that case. But, considering this is a Six Flags park were talking about, it probably is going to be like Green lantern.
