That's like having a $400K Lamborghini Aventador and never changing the oil. Very nice piece of equipment but without proper maintenance, components will start to fail. That is exactly what will happen with JL:BFM. Might take a couple years but will happen. Just like Scooby Doo........ -

I personally don't care for Starbucks but I think the park is smart for bringing the franchise into the park. Profits will speak for themselves. DLR has a Starbucks backstage for CMs and even with the discount we receive they are still making a considerable profit. I'm ultimately waiting for a park to build an In-N-Out!

^Correct. Magnetic braking does not have the means to physically stop a ride vehicle. At some point a device will need to physically make contact with the ride vehicles to bring them to a complete stop. IE: Drive tire, brake caliper, pinch wheels. -

I wouldn't be surprised in the least if the remainder of the CF parks receive dark rides from Triotech in the next 5 years. CGA is a prime candidate for a dark ride as the park won't have to deal with noise OR height related restrictions. -

I agree 100% with you, Robb. The parks are trying to "tell their side of the story" and understandably so, but while doing that they lost sight of the fundamentals of their business, Theme Park Operations.
