  1. Interesting........thanks for clearing that up..........
  2. The Jeep will not dispatch until all seat belts register clear. This is mostly different by manufacturer. All the Intamin rides at CP, once you push the button, there's no stopping the trains without hitting quick stop. On most/all others, you just need to lift your finger off the button. B&M insists on the latter for every one of their rides, and what sucks even more is you have to hold the button the entire time the next train is parking too. This is true. B&Ms are pretty much all the same in terms of dispatch sequence. Intamins can vary. One Intamin I operated was programmed to where once you pressed the dispatch buttons the only way to stop vehicle movement is the emergency stop or ride stop (Same aftereffects as E-stop). The other Intamin I operated you had to press and hold the dispatch button but you could release to stop vehicle movement however if you released the buttons at the wrong point it would cause a fault that maintenance has to reset.
  3. The joysticks control the motion of the maintenance ball. This is Silver Bullet's maintenance ball but I imagine B&M (Or their manufacturer) changed the design of the maintenance ball's control panel. Source: "Poody's" Flickr album
  4. I believe that's the control panel for the maintenance globe that's used to perform track inspections.
  5. We honestly can not say we didn't see this coming. Some people were in denial but yep here it is. JMA has no good intentions for this park. To quote James Hetfield "Sad but true."
  6. ^^We are itching to have it replaced completely.
  7. Source: Resorts World Sentosa Blog I wonder if the USH queue will look similar.....
  8. ^Something that would have never ran if it was built. Wait......was it built?
  9. Looking at the POV looks like 6 but you could be right.
  10. Feet everywhere are that much safer.................too soon? In any case, sad to see another classic removed.
  11. This little guy has 6 blocks I believe, as well as this guy......... But yes you are correct that B&M in most cases have either 4 or 5 blocks.
  12. Based on this image, looks like 4 blocks: Station, Lift, Main Brake/Transfer, Station Approach. I will say though that the Main Brake/Transfer looks abnormally long so not sure if that's 2 blocks or not. I honestly don't think so though.
  13. Plus 5 minutes to load. So the 10 minute minimum wait is about right.....
  14. Maybe they should put signs at the parking booths. "DO NOT leave animals in the car." Serves 2 purposes: -Parking attendants don't have to worrying about saying it -Guests will remember to take their dogs out of there car before locking it Problem solved!
  15. The wood used for rehab is stored in that area. I'm not saying that clearing couldn't be for the 2012 coaster however.......
  16. Vertical construction has begun! All images from from the SWSD Facebook I'll admit, for being a small "family" style coaster, I'm still looking forward to it.
  17. ^^Xcel and GR do not close for Haunt builds. XC was probably in a "forced rehab" as that's when the cable incident happened. If you went before the incident happened it was probably just the "usual" day for Xcel. GR has a 3 week rehab before every Haunt. Wheeler Dealer Bumper Cars, Balloon Race, and Grand Sierra Scenic Railroad close for Haunt. Just thought I'd clear that up for ya.
  18. ^^Agreed. If it was a B&M similar to Nitro I'd be content.
  19. Even if said giga coaster was delayed until 2013 a manufacturer would have already been decided upon.
