Grizzly was in poor condition for a while. They've done some great rehab on it, not only is it running much smoother, but also much faster now.

I think Intimidator's middle seats are underrated. The front and the back are great, but the middle has the most (but not the strongest) and most even airtime.

Shockwave has awesome forces, some good air, and never loses speed. If it had seated lapbar stock it would be great.

Really the show was presented in the same way as any travel channel show, as if they were visiting casinos or something. Expecting more is expecting special treatment.

Hershey is not a large park, so it's not hard to see what there is to do. Keep in mind that you can visit the zoo for free with par admission, entrance near the kissing tower.

I'd imagine an extreme re-haul of the hydraulic system (and the wiring of the whole train, really) would be needed to add a feature like that. I would think they'd look into refitting the blue bars that hold the restraint to find a new angle first. (warning: I know nothing about anything)

We've seen successful restraint modifications in the past, hopefully Intamin can make this one a winner.

All I see here is a ton of people whining about the whiners. Excruciating thigh pain ain't for everybody, but clearly there's a healthy contingent here who are into it so I'm sure ThighKrush has a rosy future at Hershey. Anyhow, you really should ride the ThighKrush before you give your opinion on it. If this forum is like every other one on the internet, I'm sure that point is made about 50 times a day but doesn't stop the ignorant from stating their case. As a funny aside, *I* can't believe how much whining I see in this thread about the Wildcat. One of my favorite woodies and I don't consider it rough at all - a little wild yes, but not "rough" or "painful", but the "wimps" are out in force around here talking about how much that thing beats you up. Hey, not everybody is as tough as me I guess, but for those folks I guess the leisurely Comet is more their speed. So now you're complaining about people complaining about the complainers? A valid complaint, IMO.

I searched "skyrush" on twitter, and the messages seem to be a 80-20 split between "amazing" and "hurt like hell". So there's one unscientific GP poll.

I don't remember that. Just so we're clear, you're referring to the same brakes that came off when the first drop brakes were installed? I also disagree that the ending is perfectly thrilling with the brakes. For me it was lacking, compared to the rest of the ride. Yes they were installed as they are now. They were removed when the drop trims went up, and replaced when the drop trims were taken off.

The i305 brakes were in place when that section of track went up, before testing. Also, the ending is perfectly thrilling with those trims on, including the airtime hill that they sit on.

Skyrush is also significantly slower and shorter.

Doesn't look slow at all to me.. Maybe a bit less speed than those testing videos but still looking spicy fresh. We'll see how its feeling in 2 weeks.
