  1. This is looking to me like a premier ride, with the sky rocket trains maybe? Edit: Herp derp i'm wrong
  2. Looks fun! Maybe there will be some air on the drop off of the top.
  3. Looking pretty drab there, no visible theming elements, and at the same height as wild one.
  4. Is that a rollover-dive loop a la "swarm" in the background? Could this be a Swarm clone?
  5. Is there any evidence of this being a B&M project (outside of the artwork)? I feel like it probably is, but the thought of another major Intamin project in the US makes me a bit giddy. Zooming in on the people riding, it looks like either the guy has narrow teal restraints, or that his shirt is teal and he has a grey I-305 or Raptor style vest on. (Or he has a complicated shirt and no otsr)
  6. 1. Intimidator 305 2. El Toro 3. Maverick 4. New Mexico Rattler 5. Fahrenheit 6. Griffon 7. Talon 8. Boulder Dash 9. Superman: Ride of Steel (Six Flags New England) 10. Steel Phantom 8, 9, and 10 are lower because I rode them too long ago to remember them clearly.
  7. Wow New Hotness USA is a nonstop assault of amazing parks and coasters. How could you not have fun on a trip like that! Now only if I could win the lottery...
  8. I think this ride will exceed expectations. 306' is tall as heck, and 92 mph is fast as heck. The Giga coaster class are crown jewels of the coaster world, and combining that kind of gravity power with the B&M experience should be unique, to say the least.
  9. I imagine it to be somewhat equivalent to MF.
  10. So I guess every giga that gets built now is preceeded with "350 foot+" rumors. Imagine what that might have cost!
  11. Millennium Force was 25 million year 1999 dollars, which is more like 30+ million 2011 dollars, so that (very long) ride is still their costliest. I think we got the "essential" Intamin with 305, and we'll get the "essential" B&M here. I can see this on the top of a lot of lists for beemer fans.
  12. Reminds me a lot of millennium force. Giga drop, overbank, speed section, 180'hill, overbank (helix omitted), shorter hill, overbank, breaks. (Also it's blue )
  13. I had the same thought when I saw the picture, interesting that we'd see wider track (if that's the case) after many years of the same track mold.
  14. I was hoping for some more Intamin next year, but we'll see. I suspect this may be some sort of prototype ride.
  15. If the giga thing is true, I'm thinking it might be a looping rocket coaster along the lines of ispeed, topping out at 300' or so for a top hat.
  16. I did some photoshop art to try to picture the ride, this is what I came up with.
  17. My biggest disappointment was when batwing opened. Now, Nitro and Apollo's chariot. Even in the back, the airtime is too gentle for me, other than a few spots. Great looking coasters in beautiful locations though.
  18. This coaster is going to change the entrance totally. Such light colors for such a big ride, the skyline should look really cool now with this and the other two Intamins. Should be quite a sight from the top of comet's lift hill too!
  19. The no limits video shows the intamin looper lapbars with no otsr straps attached, I think.
  20. This page has a pitcure of the lift hill from what looks like a more accurate computer model. You can see the 50 degree lift they mentioned, looking very imposing!
  21. I think if the airtime delivers, the layout will be tremendous. I wonder if we'll be seeing trims somewhere in there.
  22. Demon drop is amazing! I liked hydra a lot too. The roll's ride great in the front.
  23. Human response to G-force as a science is at least 70 years old and very well researched.
