The sky flyer at Rye Playland offers some crazy hang time. That is also helped by the fact that the restraints are oddly designed shoulder harnesses that rest on your chest and stomach instead of your lap allowing you to come a good 2-4 inches out of your seat while inverted! A hands up/off ride is truly insane!

There is something that I was thinking about. The fact sheet for outlaw run describes the trains as having a u bar restraint and individual fiberglass seats. Doesn't that sound similar to another coaster we know... El toro and T- express have the same seat layout. So that either means: 1.Rocky mountain is taking a page out of intamin's book. Or 2.Those are the rocky mountain trains! Not only are those seats shockingly close to the discription, but the trains for OR are said to be tested, and these trains are only on intamin woodies that rocky mountain helped build! The only difference so far is that these trains use poly wheels as opposed to the steel wheels OR is slated to have.

After watching the top ten episode which listed the top ten of the coasters featured in the show, all of the hang em high coasters were featured, here is the order of ranking: 1.Aftershock(Don't question it) 2.Manta(Does that even belong here?) 3.Alpengeist(That's a little low...) 4.Montu(Da fuq!?)

I went to the park a few days ago, and found something to rant about: If you guys think the Bizarro operations are horrible, well DejaVu's (the scrambler) operations were putrid. There was only one operator for the ride who: manually unlocked all of the resraints, manually locked all of the restraints in the slowest manner possible,walked to the booth, visual f*cking scan, began the pathetically short ride cycle(was it even 30 seconds long?), rinse, repeat. I swear that my friend and I had to wait 20 minutes for the rest of our families to ride with a one cycle wait!

^Steel wheels, to make it really feel like a wood coaster should. I'll bet most first riders (even TPR members) would have second thoughts about the double barrel roll, some already are!

Even with the leaked layout I still wonder what " They will be set free" means. Guess we're going to find out tomorrow.

Just another question, since now we decided that we are going Monday, what is six flags' rain policy? What rides close during what weather?

My family and some friends are looking to spend a day at the park on Monday. Forecast calls for scattered thunderstorms and a 40% chance of rain. We already purchased the 3 day advance tickets for this date. So... 1.Is it worth it/a good idea to go on this date?(We can reschedule) 2.What is a good plan of attack?
