^That's a cute family pic!!! Cyclone at SFNE on June 2nd...rode like complete crap as usual! The newly retracked turn didn't feel any different unfortunately.

My home parks are SFNE and Lake Compounce. I travel to SFNE far more, and buy a season pass almost every year, so naturally it has lost most of its luster. Fortunately they have Bizarro, which is my #1 coaster, yet the other rides do get old fast. On the other hand, I usually go to Lake Compounce once every other year, and it is always a refreshing trip because it always feels new to me.

^^Great Photo TR, It's reports like this that get me really excited for my trip to CP in 12 days, but a story about the "Illegal" photograph. I was in the queue for the Incredible Hulk at IOA, and I was just taking photographs of the ride as it was coming off the brake-run, and an important-looking person in a suit rushed up the stairs of the queue and told me what I was doing was against park policy and that I was to cease at once. It really upset me

^Yes if it does go into the park I hope it does not end up like La Ronde did with two inverts, but in this case two stand-ups. IMO Iron Wolf is the classic so if they were going to change anything, give that the chang trains and get chang some new floorless or sit-down trains.

This tower looks like it is going to be phenomenal! I wouldn't say I hope more parks do this, because I do like observation towers, but it does look like it will be a superb ride.

From my own experience, I'm going with Bizarro at SFNE for steel, and Boulderdash for wood!

Didn't SFNE start building The Dark Knight coaster before they had the permits? And then not allowed to build it at all? If this is the case with Magic Mountain which some seem to speculate it is, why would theirs be postponed but sfne's cancelled?

Congratulations on the job!!! Even if you hate the ride you have a job at a theme park, and a supervisor at that!

This is a great idea! I'm graduating from Avon Old Farms School in Avon Connecticut on Sunday May 30. College: High Point University Major: Business Admin. Summer plans: I am heading to Cedar Point on the 13th of June until the 16th for the first time! July 15-18 I am going with my Family to Block Island, and then July 19th-24th I am on a road trip with my neighbor going to Six Flags Great Adventure, Hersheypark, and Dorney Park.

That looks fantastic! Thank you for sharing that video. I like the little airtime hills and the sudden directional changes. I hope this catches the eye of some American parks like atem^ said!

Just beat Resident Evil 5 the other day and it was nothing short of incredible, but I just hit 80 on my priest in WOW so as you all well know that has been the game of choice lately. I've also been brushing up on my skills in Rock Band 2 as i anticipate the release of Green Day: Rock Band on June 8.

Breakfast: Applejacks, Orange juice, Grapes Lunch: Peanutbutter + Jelly, Grape Gatorade Dinner: Leftover steak with salad and milk not the best day of food but not the worst either

My friend and I watched "the Unborn" Friday night...almost. We began watching it, but it was so predictable and had so many horror cliches that it was comical and we decided to turn it off, and instead watch "Zombieland" "The Unborn": 1/5 "zombieland": 5/5 as usual

Green Day - Hitchin' A Ride

I don't want to try to forget about STR, as I am very excited to ride it in June, but has anyone thought that Cedar Point might add a dark ride? Do they have one that is escaping me?

^^^That would look really cool in that spot, but like ^^he said, the one at SFNE is only operating 1/3 of the time that I go which is unfortunate because it is a really unique ride.

I love these update because they show that parks can do great little things that really make a great difference. I wish some of the parks near me would do more things like this, but I guess the waterpark is important too

Haha this is a great photo trip report! I can't wait to finally visit Dorney in July after having passed by it all these years.

The only one I've ridden is the Riddler's Revenge but I am riding Mantis this summer...Riddler's Revenge was a great ride so I can't wait for Cedar Point and Maverick
