I think a mega-lite Intamin would be perfect for Carowinds. Not only would it be a cheaper option for the park, but it would probably give Carowinds the best steel coaster in the whole Cedar Fair chain.

Since when did Disney remove their coasters here in Florida? You know, coasters like Expedition Everest, R 'n' RC, and Big Thunder Mountain RR. Not to mention other coasters off the top of my head, like Mystery Mine and ROTM at both Universal Studio parks.

^I second that. Having been to many sports bars in NJ, NC, and Florida, I can tell you that Steeler fans are always well represented. As a matter of fact, they always have either the most fans there or at least the second or third most. ...Even at sports bars that were for Dolphin fan clubs.

I'm sticking with a mid-May opening myself, with Memorial weekend being the latest. The question is, does a soft opening count? Seriously, it wouldn't surprise me to see a soft opening in the first week of May.

I can't say for sure what the crowds are like at KD during Memorial Day weekend, but I can tell you that the first week in June is a great time to go to Busch. Most rides should be walk-ons in the morning with minimal waits in the afternoon and the weather is usually very comfortable.

That's a matter of opinion of course. ...Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse than Flight Deck, Cedar Fair comes up with this gem.

Yea, I would put the Pats fans number two behind the Jest fans for trolling on the Dolphins message boards at the sun-sentinel website. I guess the Jest fans are just so miserable that they try and get a rise out of the other team's fan to make them feel better. It's really pathetic.

I noticed that too. As for The Dark Knight, I still have it in my top 3 for the year after watching it on DVD again. I do agree that it's a movie I would only watch every once in a while, unlike Iron man which I can watch over and over again. Still, I wouldn't put one above the other for my favorite movie in 2008.

I enjoyed both, but in my opinion the show is better. There's nothing like seeing Phantom live. As a matter of fact, the only other broadway show I enjoyed as much as Phantom was Les Misérables .
