  1. I would think the theming would be changed before the trains. Either way it's not good.
  2. I've been lucky, my only time was on Alpengeist. We stopped on the lift hill for 10 minutes because somebody dropped a hat.
  3. Right now it looks like chaos, but I'm sure the end result will be spectacular.
  4. My biggest complaint with Great Adventure is how they have handled Batman-The Chiller. Also, I agree about the coasters. As a whole they are impressive, but individually they aren't in any of my top ten lists. Hopefully, El Toro will change that next year.
  5. EE looks great. It should be one of the best in 06'
  6. That is one steep lift hill. I can't wait to see how they cram everything into the new section.
  7. I received one from Paramount in my E-mail today, too. Mine was a special holiday offer for Kings Dominion.
  8. ejector airtime hills
  9. That webcam photo is very impressive, even Dolly Parton would be proud.
  10. and I thought Six Flags only did that.
  11. I really don't see a problem with updating the ride, as long as it's not a complete overhaul. ^BTW, I wouldn't mind a Kiera Knightly animatronic.
  12. I'll tell ya, 2006 is looking really good. I can't believe how many great looking coasters are being built at the same time.
  13. Some Great Adventure fans might be disappointed, but I'd rather get a Intamin woodie than S.W.A.T anyday.
  14. I don't know the exact count, but I went to Great Adventure just about every year from 1982 to the mid 90's. I would say it was around 20 times. I have been a few times since then, but living in NC makes it a little harder to get there every year.
  15. Congrats and great photos as always. Quick question, is there a picture of the full coaster layout yet?
  16. I'm not a big fan of Hurler@Kings Dominion. ouch!!!
  17. I'm glad to hear that you had a great honeymoon in Orlando. It doesn't get much better than Universal and Disney. Looking forward to seeing some pics and btw, cool coaster cake.
  18. I would go with either SFGr.Adv. or Hershey Park. Just don't go on a Saturday.
  19. I like Tremors first drop at Silverwood. Down into a tunnel, through the gift shop, up for a quick breath of fresh air, and down into another tunnel.
  20. All I have to say is that trims on coasters SUCK!!!
