I really hate how much Cedar Fair uses the Charlie Brown characters.

Did you do any other attractions at Disney?

I'm surprised that they're actually updating the kids/junior coasters at these parks.

That's great to hear! I'm sure we'll get there in the next year or so to check this thing out. It looks like a great little ride, it definitely has a "Wooden Warrior" vibe and we loved that thing. Note - He's saying you're okay to go because at least you have a female with you! As a parent, I think I'd still be creeped out a bit seeing some single male dude wandering around riding rides at Sesame Place.

I'm glad to see the inflatable spinning arm things coming to more parks! They were really fun at IAAPA and like you said, no worse than a mechanical bull! I'm glad you had a good time, the park is fine but gets a lot of Six Flags comparisons due to clientele, one train ops, and wait times. And you made the fatal mistake about the weather...it's important to note that American's are sissies when it comes to the weather compared to pretty much everyone else! They're out in rain, cold, sleet, whatever! Parks stay open longer and run stuff in snow! We don't do that here!

^Assuming an Alaska cruise? We loved all the mirco-breweries we went to in Alaska. Let me know which cities you're going to and I can let you know which places we hit up.

Ugh...when will this VR thing finally die!?!? The only interesting thing here is that they are letting 6 year olds do the VR. Didn't a bunch of parks try to convince us that Samsung said it wasn't safe for anyone under 13? And then Europa park made the European TUV do a study that showed it was fine in small doses? Such drama to put an uncomfortable sweaty headset on...

This is one of the sadder stories in recent US Amusement Park History. Like you said, this park used to be compared to Knoebels and now it just feels like it's struggling in so many different ways. There is still so much potential, but I believe we are now past the chance of really bringing it back to it's former glory.

Andy's phone at City Museum was the best!!! A close second was trying to kill you.

^^^Definitely less crowds, but it is a Fright Fest Day so busier than a normal off season Sunday. If this is your only opportunity, grab a Flash Pass and don't worry as much about crowds.

Donald is my favorite. I also love to see the Caballeros when we're at Disney Sea. Not into the royalty as much.

Maybe Suicide Squad...until I think of something else.

There is only one negative about this project...it's not right at the main resort. It will be hard to decide where we stay once the new park and hotel open. We always love to try out the new resorts, but taking a bus to get to the main park isn't that appealing.

^&^^ Glad you guys have had good visits. We used to love the park but with 3 really crappy visits in a row we're just over it. Terrible operations on both rides, games, and food. Terrible employee attitudes at rides, games, and food. And higher ups at the parks that don't seem to see any of this as a problem.

History, especially American History and WW2 stuff. I think it's interesting.

^The garage that must be built before the Skyplex construction can begin is coming along nicely and survived the hurricane! I believe they are on target to get that open before the new year and then we may start seeing some more activity in the Skyplex corner.
