^Isn't it pretty assumed they will unveil the trains at IAAPA? Especially with this Media Advisory: 11 – 11:30 a.m.: Mack Rides / Silver Dollar City / Herschend Family Entertainment, Booth 2269 -
So this is where I will make an observation about your love of Ge Force AFTER riding Silver Star which you also loved... On all previous TPR/RobbElissa/Enthusiast Tours you would go to Holiday Park and THEN Europa. No one ever was as impressed with Silver Star after riding Ge Force the day before. I do wonder if we had gone the 'normal' direction if you wouldn't have been as happy with Silver Star.

^^Sure the queue is different, but the ride itself is an exact clone (albeit in Japanese). Tower of Terror is not a fair comparison as the RIDE is different as well as the queue and reshow. I've ridden Mania a couple of times at Disney Sea but won't in the near future when they have such other amazing DIFFERENT rides that I can't ride in the states. -

^As disney friends that also live very close to a Toy Story Mania we always skip the one at DisneySea as we'd much rather spend our time doing the unique attractions. Our plan of attack the last few years is to get a fastpass for Tower and then go standby Journey first thing in the morning. Tower seems to still get a longer line (and I think it's not as fun to stand in) as Journey. -

The benefits to switching to an official Disney hotel would be the following: - 15 min early entry - Ability to buy park hopper tickets starting on day 1 - Staying at a true 'disney' hotel We have stayed at the Ambassador, Mira Costa, and the Disneyland Hotel. They're all quite lovely, I would stay at Mira Costa and Disneyland again, but for us it's not worth the extra money. The Hilton Tokyo Bay is our go to Tokyo Disney Hotel and we really enjoy it. KT especially loves the Happy Magic Rooms they offer! -

^Yeah, we only have one in all of the US (Monterrey Bay Aquarium). Luckily Japan has quite a few others, but the way that tank was setup and presented was just beautiful. Sadly, I couldn't find anything about him moving so I assume he died. He had been there for quite some time and was looking a little sickly back in 2015. -
I don't play a lot of games any more but Odyssey is ridiculous!!! I think you know it's a winner when within the first 10 minutes playing you become a T-Rex with a mustache and a hat!!!!

Germany 2018? Parks to visit?
SharkTums replied to MarkJWilson's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Rent a car in Germany. The roads are fabulous and as good as the trains are compared to the US, it's still easier and (most of the time) quicker to have a car. -

It was the first one we ever saw and started KT's love for the species. -

^^Just did the same research. Yup. Ocean Sunfish appears to be gone. Not moved into the main aquarium or anything. KT is kind of sad...she was planning to get married in that building!!!! I will now continue to do more research and see what I can find out!!!! Edit - Still looking to see if the fish died or they moved him to another aquarium, but the new dolphins were put in that tank in June 2016. -
Germany 2018? Parks to visit?

Like others have said, Germany is a large country. Not compared to the US or anything, but if you give us an idea of where you'll be doing 'cultural' stuff we could certainly steer you in the right direction. The one MUST DO park in Germany is Europa where you should plan to spend at least two nights. -

Sorry to hear this. Deep (and not so deep) down, everyone knows you made the right decision. -
Ohio - NY 2018 Roadtrip

I know you're looking to save money on hotels, but with your time at Cedar Point and trying to make it more relaxing and less death march the BF may appreciate staying ON property at Cedar Point at Hotel Breakers. You can go back for a rest, you don't have to get into the car, he can relax on the beach (gross lake beach, but still a beach), etc.
