^It could be 40 or 70. Most likely it will be a cool morning and evening with a pleasant afternoon. There's always the chance for rain or hail (like we had one year!) but it didn't hurt the event at all!

I really like Bakken. Such a nice laid back park with some really good rides. Kristen rode the racing coaster which was pretty much her biggest coaster to date and loved it! That Tornado ride is insane and highly underrated. Instead of everyone getting pictures of Robb being the brake man on the coaster, you all should have gotten pictures of my face when I saw what was going on. I pretty much figured, "Well, there goes our business, Robb is going to derail the coaster and send 30 of our participants to their deaths!" But yeah, he did well and we all survived! Seriously, is it time to go back to Scandi yet!?!?

Sorry, that sounds like it would fall into the crap category! Seriously, though, we are looking for "store bought", decent items here. If you are unable to purchase a $20 gift, you shouldn't participate in this exchange.

Just something that came to mind, I'm all for Fun Spot expanding and buying a new wooden coaster, but I wonder if they looked into getting Dania Beach Hurricane instead. I mean, it's just sitting three hours away and was in really good shape on a flat pad of land.

I'm kind of disappointed in all of our Jr. Engineers here saying how a lap bar only ride can't go up a vertical spike, or hold upside down, etc. You should all know better. Remember, all lap bars are not created equal. This lap bar would keep me in the car if I was completely upside down and it was trying to shake me out: Oh wait, it did that, and I still survived!

Let's try to keep this on topic about the new coaster. There are valid points on both sides of the 'money' argument.

^We're talking about Premier going back to OTSR's again after having so much success with lap bar only. Premier OTSR's were terrible.

To all of you saying it's impossible... 1. It's not. 2. They could have done a vest restraint similar to the B&M Flyers 3. You obviously have not dealt with the pain that was pre-lap bar Flight of Fear!!!!

At least half of the schools will be out by the first day of your trip and almost all schools will be out by the last day of your trip. Try to either do small parks on weekends or parks that offer Qbots or other options like that. School calendars are done on a small district level so you can tear your hair out and check local schools around the park, or just look at the park calendar and go off of that based on their operating hours.

EXACTLY!!! Seriously, I've never gotten so hurt on a coaster as FOF at KD back in the old OTSR days!! (damn that was a lot of acronyms) The seats are leaning back. Don't know what to make of that yet, still in shock over the restraints.

Wait, I'm confused...wasn't it supposed to have a lap bar only train? From SFNE's Facebook Seeing those old Premier horse collars again really scares me!!!!
