KT and I approve of the Hedgehog coaster! And TPR approves of a new coaster for 2013 since we're planning our Scandi trip for that year!

The slide at Erlebnispark Strasswalchen tried to kill most of us and was simply amazing!!! http://www.themeparkreview.com/parks/photo.php?pageid=571&linkid=9681&pageno=2 I can also think of Bobbejaanland, Tivoli and some other parks that have awesome big slides like that. Oh, and more locally...The INSECT-O-SLIDE!!!! Wild Adventures' best named ride ever!!!

^After all of these announcements I'm pretty much waiting for the "Universal is proud to announce we're switching to Pepsi Products".

If there is a Twilight section of the park do all of the girls have to walk around pouting and not acting and all of the boys walk around topless? That seems like a very bad idea.

Andrew, I totally agree that Potter helped out a bit with some 'tired' areas of the park, but a lot of those were left to rot in the first place due to potter so it's kind of a no win situation. IOA has been in decline for years, potterverse just put a decent bandaid on it.

Orlando NBC just said that Hollywood's Harry Potter was supposed to open in 2015. Don't know if that's correct or not, seems like a VERY long time for something like this.

^No offense meant to Jake or any of you but... Jake, you're 20 years old, that means IOA opened when you were 8 years old. There is no way you have memories of the place back then the way us 'old folks' do. The park outside of Potterdump is worse now than it was then and it's sad for a lot of us. I just hope all of you can understand and stop questioning those of us who have been visiting regularly since 1999. Paint and rehabs are great and all, but it's just not the same. You want a concrete example, look at the Mythos building. Forget how they've dumbed down the menu, or don't fill the restaurant anymore, just look at the building. They are letting it rot away, it's moldy and disgusting on the outside.

Poor CGA...it's like the secret santa gift no one wants. Aren't those old Six Flags people acquiring a lot of parks right now!??!

From the Hollywood Press event just now... Wizarding World of Harry Potter expansion for Orlando is CONFIRMED!!! No details yet, though.

^^I would assume some random Chinese company made that ride! That Jeff Johnson credit does seem like something others may try and count as well! We've got a lot of options for our time in Shenzhen for picking some random parks to check out, this one actually may make the list!

Lost my place in line sometime over the last few hours...

We've been doing official TPR UK tours about once every five years, and ending up randomly in the UK probably once in between. We're going to avoid it this summer for obvious reasons but may make a quick trip over in 2013, and a full trip in 2015.
