^Exactly! ^^Dude, you're 18, please listen and leave the comments to the parents on this one. Eric is exactly correct. It SUCKS being stuck in a 'kids area' all day while the rest of your friends or family are going around the park riding stuff. It's best to have kids rides near the majors so that you can baby swap easy, and stay with your group. Silver Dollar City also does AWESOME with this!

I would be really careful and ask her doctor and she needs to trust her body and listen to it above all. A C-Section is major surgery, even though no one treats it as such. I didn't have a C-Section, but I rode kiddie coasters about six weeks after, and rode major stuff at 12 weeks with no pain or discomfort (well, other than what the coaster would normally produce!) Is she really so wanting to get back on coasters? It's not the worst thing in the world to just go without them sometimes!

^Why do you think you need so much space to build a world class coaster? Look at SFGAm (like you say you want), that's put in a tiny footprint! You need a lot more room for a water park so it seems like they're doing the smart thing here.

BUT IT'S SO XTREME TO HAVE FOUR KIDDIE COASTERS!!!! (at a park where children aren't really welcome or want to visit!)

Do we have a stat anywhere on track length? I'm fine with short and sweet, just really curious.

Baby steps, looking and watching what a ride does, and NEVER forcing them on something they don't want to do.

I'm just curious to hear what some of your 8, 9, and 10 rated parks are? I think most people on this board would give SDC at least a 9 as it's one of the best parks in the world.

I want City Museum to be next to my house...and Lambert's too. Although I may put on a few pounds if Lambert's was nearby!

^LOL! I'd love to see them put out the same SFOT announcement I asked for! Interesting that the two most recently annoying Six Flags parks aren't sticking to the Six Flags script and doing things in a different manner!

^They're probably just still trying to lay low after the accident. Here's what I'd like them to announce for next year: "We're back to putting guest satisfaction first! Better trained ride ops, rides will be open, shorter wait times, more convenient restaurant hours, come back and visit the park you grew up with and loved!"

This will be a much better ride for SFA than it ever was for SFGAm.

^LOL! I thought the same thing! And have you bothered to look at some of the big corporate parks facebook pages?! They have just as much random crap given to them if not more!

I think you're completely off base here. Most enthusiasts here support the small parks way more than the big corporate ones, but we're also honest and call it as we see it. I HATE rough rides and I rode Maverick a ton this summer as it's an awesome ride and I got no headbanging at all. Even people who had complained about it before rode it this year, in the back, and had awesome rides. So while they're taking care of their ride and perhaps even improving it, poor Voyage is just sliding down and down more and more. I totally don't blame Holiday World, that ride is a monster and no one could keep it in rideable shape. (Except for maybe RMC!)

They really shouldn't even bother responding to most of the posts, but they did kind of bring this upon themselves with all of their hints and trying to open it all of a sudden after 238497 years or however long it's been.

^You've always been an apologist for rough rides though. I'll trust Laura over you and even she thought the ride was too rough!
