  1. Love it, and completely understand!
  2. I don't want to alarm you, but someone may have hacked into your account.
  3. Did you ever link to the review of the bad hotel? I love reading stuff like that!
  4. Not really. I tried the corn dog but didn't like it. An interesting salad came with the ribs that was okay to pick through and the bread from the flat bread sandwich was pretty good. It's definitely not a picky eater place to eat!
  5. ^I agree. A lot of these 'analysts' and 'experts' they get have no real clue of what's going on in the industry and how it's moving forward.
  6. Interesting article. I look forward to see which Disney park in the future I dread going to the most...this one or Paris!
  7. Just watched a more 'real' video of the slide on the Today Show this morning and it was slow and painful. Looked completely pointless, uninteresting, and rough. They were trying to make jokes when the woman riding kept stopping and having to push herself off or when she would say "oh, or ow".
  8. Hoping for more than a sky loop! A Sky Rocket type ride would be great for the park.
  9. Sorry we never posted back after our visit last month! Anyways, the B&M Track is on site and visible as it looks like they'll be getting the long rumored for IOA Pteranodon Aviary B&M Flying Coaster. Pretty funny for a country that almost gets no big new roller coasters that they're going to get two B&M Flyers two hours and one year apart!
  10. Kristen and I just had a cute conversation: KT: Mom, I want to go to a water park. Me: Ok, well, we live in Orlando so we can do a Disney one or Aquatica sometime this summer. KT: No, I want to go to the one at Holiday World. It had those awesome slides that we rode together during ERT. Me: LOL, ok, well, probably not this summer but we'll go back soon I promise! KT: Yeah, that's my favorite water park, I want to go for 12 hours next time.
  11. Can you give some more information about your trip? How many days do you have? Have you been to any of these parks before? Are you driving or flying? Great Adventure or Cedar Point are the obvious winners, but if you're going to Cedar Point and have some extra time it would be silly not to go to Kings Island which is only a few hours away.
  12. I think the touristy stuff in LA is way overrated so if you're into coasters you should absolutely hit up SFMM and Knott's. Disney is Disney. Don't go just for credits, go if you actually like Disney. If you want to get a 'taste' of touristy stuff along with a park you could do Universal Studios. And yes...July at SFMM, get whatever best Flashpass you can.
  13. I think through the years of TPR Trips I've proved my cheese consumption prowess.
  14. I kind of hate this update! Just seems like a lot of effort for minimal rewards.
  15. ^^This event is a bit different from the others. It's kept my interest pretty good, although I always feel behind in this one!
  16. Slightly misleading as it looks like the water park was merely a venue for a concert. I was really trying to figure out how an explosion at a waterpark could injure so many but now it makes more sense.
  17. Yup. It was indoor/outdoor and okay. Certainly could do better nowadays.
  18. I seriously hope they have a new **attraction** in the pipeline after the success of jurassic world. This seems more like "we need synergy since the movie is on the heels of being released". What success are you speaking of? The movie hasn't even released yet. Now, if the movie comes out and it makes 2 billion dollars, I'd put my money on them developing some sort of new attraction to follow the film and any others in the future. Oh look. The movie did amazing as I said! And universal is capitalizing on this by putting in the greatest dinosaur ride ever in 2016...IN JAPAN!!!! And Florida gets a family Kong ride. We better get something super amazing in 2017!!!
  19. First off, do we know it's a coaster? It says ride. Secondly, I think we should make a list of every Dino themed ride in the world and try to decide how to top it! The Jurassic Park area of Universal Osaka has been closed since May but is scheduled to reopen in July. Wel'l try to scope out some more details when we visit soon.
  20. Yup, real food in several locations! The burger shop, pizza place, bakery, sweet shop, bottling, bakery, ice cream and maybe even one more! KTis super picky about food though so she didn't want to do any of the food activities other than soda! And they do also have police! We were watching some kids go around taking fingerprints and gathering clues. Seriously the place was amazing. I had done my research and knew what to expect and saw all the glowing reviews and it exceeded and blew them all away!
  21. I'd echo what ^ said. Barcelona is easier logistically for many reasons but I could spend a few days in Rome and surrounding areas, I really couldn't in Barcelona unless I was also going to Port Aventura.
  22. ^That's really good of them taking care of their guests like that. Thanks for sharing.
