  1. I love Burlington Coat Factory. They have really nice shirts for cheap prices -Jon
  2. ^ With Hershey Park, the lines are not usually that long, but with a new coaster, lines can get pretty ridiculous. Waiting an hour for a new coaster now-a-days isn't really that bad. I could imagine the line exceeding 3 hours + for this coaster, but don't go by me as I do not go to Hershey Park as often as I hit other parks such as Six Flag Great Adventure. -jon
  3. I am confused with how they can remove an entire row from the Crypt. Did they literally chop it off, or get an entire new ride vehicle. Also, does the ride still use the same ride restraint, or the usual harness + lap bar?
  4. ^ No I am really hoping that Six Flags management will put a medium sized Intamin Accelerator coaster in the place of TDKC as it is a perfect spot. A little taller, yet much faster version of Rita would be a great choice. Although it is a great idea IMO, with Six Flag's new family-friendly appeal, I'm doubting even the consideration of a decent sized coaster for the near future, although I maybe wrong. I've also heard rumors for the Glow In The Dark Parade that GADV will be forfeiting their floats to SFNE, althought this is only a speculation. -Jon
  5. Josh! Yesterday was so awesome (and so was this ptr). I'm still mad at the crazed ride op that cut off Ashley and I from going on Twister when there is clearly seats on either side of Becca and Cory :[.
  6. ^ Thanks for taking the time to post the photos and review. In my own eyes, the coaster looks very decent. It seems to have some very strong air, but I can't judge that seeing as I haven't ridden it yet... Well anyways, you're pictures were great, and I can't wait to see more! -coastakid
  7. ^ It's not down here. It could have tested previously and we don't even know. If the trains are unwrapped, and the floor down, that is a pretty good indicator to me that something has happened...
  8. ^ I agree completely. Boulder Dash was running very well towards the end of last season; I can't even imagine how great it's gonna be this upcoming season! Can't wait! (I hardly remember going on when it was smooth; I was only 6-8... and then it became rough, although I remember my 42 ride marathon with my older brother in 2003). -Jon
  9. ^ Well I'm just saying that those are the EXACT pictures used for a previous concept; They're not S&S's. I have never seen the car concepts before, but I remember clearly seeing the picture of the track leading into the left banked turn. -Jon
  10. Myth BUSTED! I am beginning to wonder if this is all just all a big lie. -Jon
  11. ^ Although I'm only 13, the second I saw those pictures I knew that I had seen them before awhile ago, but I cannot figure out from where! ... It couldn't have been 10 years ago, because then I would only be 3... -Jon
  12. ^ They always take the cars off the Wonder Wheel during the winter... don't cry!
  13. Shes 15, what were you expecting :]. The pics where she didn't have the blonde wig on is where she was performing as herself, Miley Cyrus, so her outfits are a little more punkier, as well as her songs. Haha, im proud to be a miley cyrus fan -jon
  14. Hannah Montana ft. the Jonas Brothers @ Prudential Center. I was expecting a goofy little show filled with screaming 6 year olds, but I was wrong. Both artists/bands were very, very good live, and there were plenty of teens (boys and girls) my age, and older (as well as some groups of maybe 25 year olds and it was really awkward...
  15. ^ Right info, but Dream World is not what that article is about. It is about Wonderland. Dream World is still operating while Wonderland has closed down... Well anyhow, thanks Montezooma for putting this all together. It really is very interesting!
  16. I thought of one already! I was looking through there website and I noticed something by the name of, "Shark Adventure". The description says: "Walking with the Sharks is easy and fun. Using state-of-the-art, clear-glass helmets, you can walk on the bottom of the Shark Exhibit." What exactly are these clear-glass helmets and how do they allow you to walk along the bottom of the shark exhibit?
  17. You guys are really great, I hadn't expected such great detailed descriptions and I am incredibly excited about my trip. I am currently going through what you guys wrote writing down all major points and tips. Thanks again and you all answered practically every question that I could possibly ask. If I can think of any more questions, I'll be sure to post here. If you have anything else to point out, I'll be checking here almost hourly with how excited I am for my vacation. Thanks again for all of your help! -Jon
  18. ^ Thank you so much! Your imput really helped, but kinda of made me depressed seeing as we chose to stay at the Coral Tower instead of the Reef seeing as they were the same price. We were worried that the Reef was too far from the main area of the resort. You answered most of my questions and thanks again to everyone. Feel free to put anymore imput of your stay at Atlantis to help me further. -Jon
  19. ^ Thanks a lot, even though the "drinking" part doesn't partain to me... yet... Well something I do know is that they opened recently a new slide complex named Power Tower and it consists of the master blaster slides, but one of my friends informed me on going up fom the lazy river via conveyor? Can anyone put any imput on this? -Jon
  20. Well, Febuary 21-26th, I am heading down the resort, Atlantis in the Bahamas. I just have some questions that I would love to have awnswered before I go: 1) Tell me everything possibly about the slides there as there was not very much info about them on the resort's website; Do you have to pay extra for them? 2) What resteraunt do you recommend? 3) What other activites are there other than the slides/pools? Not only for me, but for my parents as well who aren't as big 4) I am staying in the Coral towers as the new building "The Reef", is very far away from the main resort building and water attrations... Can anyone tell me from experience if the Coral Towers are nice? Well those are the main questions I have to ask, but please include any other info you can if you think it could possibly help me have a better time on my vacation. Thank you -Jon
  21. I just wanted to point out that there are now LIMS starting to be installed on the Avatar ride.
  22. ^ No! I loved riding Boulder Dash after a rainstorm... it flys! Almost literally!
  23. I have a list going on here... 1) Millennium Force - I though this ride was incredibly overrated. I did not enjoy it in the back seeing as i got minimal airtime and you did not get any sense of speed or height. I greatly prefered it in the front because of the speed and feeling of height, not the airtime (which was nonexistant). Back 4/10, Front 7/10 2) Storm Rummer - I really enjoyed what Storm Runner had to offer, I was just let down because of the length of the ride (and possibly because I was at Geauga Lake and Cedar Point for the previous 3 days...). 3) Magnum - Someone told me that I was supposed to ride in the 3rd row because it was the "ejector" seat. Alright, I did that. The ride was overal boring and rough UNTIL the 2nd bunny hop. That is where i experienced the most intense, painful moment of airtime in my entire coaster riding life. OW. When we went over that hill you heard my friend and I ,"OHHWWWW". Thats it about for my list seeing as I went on most other coasters not expecting much, or my expectations were satisfied.
  24. ^ Hey! You live like 15 minutes from me! Well anyways, I hope Boulder Dash is running like new next year, with the rehabbed Wildcat trains, and new tracking. 2008 is looking great for The Lake.
