Not a big surprise, how many park chains actually made a profit last year? Come to think of it, how many tourist locales nationwide made a profit? It's just not a spending priority for a lot of people right now because of our wonderfully tanking economy.

Right now I'm working night shifts until the park opens back up. I just work 3 shifts a week, but they screw my sleep pattern up enough to wear this is my typical sleep schedule now: Awake: 2 pm - 7 am Sleeping: 7 am - 2 pm It pretty much goes like clockwork now, and it's driving me nuts!!! I CAN'T WAIT TILL THE PARK OPENS SO I CAN SLEEP AT NORMAL TIMES OF THE DAY/NIGHT. [/rant]

Been on a few dates with a really nice girl lately and it might be going somewhere. I've been single for about a year and a half now, but been sorta seeing girls on and off since then. Really hoping this is going somewhere......

Straight, but I still love everyone. I'm a firm believer in people being able to do what makes them happy without being judged for it. We all have "different" things about ourselves that could potentially be seen as "weird" to others, but isn't that what makes us human? Individuality rocks!

Those 2 lists are not the same, and if you knew that then in my opinion its quite lazy to be complaining about one extra mouse click. If you look again, I wasn't complaining at all, I was just making a suggestion. I even said at the end of the first post I made about it that it wasn't a big deal if it didn't happen. But thanks for the unconstructive criticism.

^Yeah I know you can go back and look at a list of posts you've made, I'm just saying it's helpful when you're actually in the forum and can instantly spot threads you've posted in without having to go search for them. It's just a nice feature of another forum I post in and I don't see it in very many other forums.

Hey Robb (or anyone who works on the site), is it possible to get a little marker on threads that we have posted in? Another forum I'm on has that and it's a godsend because often times I forget about posts that I've made and if someone has made a response to my post that I want to respond to, I never get around to it just out of forgetfulness. I realize you can review all your old posts on your profile, but marking threads that you've posted in makes that a lot easier. No big deal if you can't. Thanks!

I've decided that putting on warm sweat pants after they've just been taken out of the dryer is the best non-in-the-bedroom feeling on Earth.

^Given the rumored expansive ride area, I'm not sure if it would be an accelerator coaster. Perhaps it could be a Maverick-ish low level launched coaster (also like iSpeed or Blue Fire), but even those don't take up that kind of space. And then also given the hints about it being a huge project, and I think we have Florida's first true hypercoaster coming in (I don't count Sheikra as a hyper). Now I doubt Busch or Intamin would want to build a generic hyper, so it's my hope that this could be something a little new and different, yet obviously keeping the quality reputation that both the Busch Parks and Intamin have for the rides they install. But of course, this is all assuming that Intamin actually is the company building the new ride. Still could very well be a B&M hyper, you never know.

I went in early November last year and lines were practically non-existent at every ride except HRRR.

^That's why I'm really excited to see if it really is Intamin. I would seriously have a stroke, heart attack, and crap my pants at the same time.

I'm really excited to see what the new ride is going to be. If it's the first Intamin in the state of Florida I may levitate from excitement.

Well that's good to see. I'm skipping Quassy in my New England trip this year because this didn't get built, so I guess I'll have to catch it another time!
