  1. Rainbow's End looks like a really nice little park, certainly nicer than my local park, Wild Waves. They have a good collection of rides and I liked the rainbow trains on the Arrow. The Skyswing looks really fun! I'd rather do that than a skycoaster.
  2. ^^ I can't see how you could do all 4 Disney parks in a day. That would be really insane if you want to ride anything besides the roller coasters, and even then it would be very hard depending on lines. If you want to ride any other rides, enjoy the atmosphere, and not have a totally crazy schedule, you should stay longer. As for hotels, I stayed at the Disney hotel Port Orleans Riverside which is a moderate resort, and it was really nice. It wasn't deluxe but it had everything we needed and the rooms were pretty spacious and it was a very good price. I would recommend Disney hotels for all the benefits they offer.
  3. 1. What are your initial thoughts? I like the idea and the price seems pretty reasonable with the $15 store credit. The priority trip placement sounds cool also. 2. Can you think of anything else we could be offering? No, not really 3. Is this something that interests you? I'm definitely interested. 4. Why would you NOT be interested in this? I'm not located anywhere near parks that would offer discounts or events for this, so that wouldn't be a very usable feature for me. 5. Any additional feedback you can give us based on the information you see here. I think that priority trip placement could be a bit unfair to the non premium members, depending on how it's handled. Would the initial selection of people going on the trip still be by lottery if there were too many people who wanted to go?
  4. Merry Christmas and thank you! I'll most likely be purchasing a DVD tomorrow.
  5. All these videos plus the free download DVDs have thoroughly convinced me to buy a TPR DVD after Christmas. Thanks for posting great videos for 24 days!
  6. I'm mostly a whooper, but if I'm really scared I'm silent. I also laugh occasionally after I get off a ride. After Fahrenheit I was giggling hysterically for a long time, I don't really know why, but it was one of the biggest adrenaline rushes I've ever had.
  7. I saw TPR mentioned on Coaster Force and also saw TPR trip updates in their Trip Report section a few times and I decided to come check it out.
  8. ^ I agree with you, they're really fun to watch. I love the 24 days of TPR! I come to the website looking forward to a new video every day.
  9. Yup I definitely had a good laugh there! This is quite possibly the most ridiculous thing I have ever read...
  10. I'll probably be going to either the Netherlands or Sweden on an exchange program for the summer so hopefully my family will like roller coasters and be willing to take me to a park or two! I really want to go to Walibi World or Liseberg. But I don't know if that will happen. I'll also be going to Wild Waves in June and might make it to PNE Playland at some point...this years season isn't looking too great. I hate living where driving anywhere takes hours and hours.
  11. Thanks a bunch for the download! It wouldn't complete yesterday probably because the server was busy, but it's working fine today.
  12. My top 10 steel went: 1. Bizarro (SFNE) 2. My favorite wood (Boulder Dash) 3. Fahrenheit (I never see this on top 10s but I loved it!) 4. Millennium Force 5. Maverick 6. Phantom's Revenge 7. Top Thrill Dragster 8. Expedition Everest 9. Great Bear 10. Raptor 11. Storm Runner
  13. I made roller coaster dictionaries, complete with pictures, for two of my best friends who I always go to theme parks with. I'm trying to get them to be enthusiasts and come on a TPR trip with me someday, but it's not working out...they just aren't that nerdy!
  14. Great videos! I like how you video taped even ordinary stuff like riding the bus, it brought back a lot of memories. The music was fun too.
  15. This looks really amazing, and on their Youtube video they also showed a teen lounge and pool that looked really nice. Everything about that ship just screams awesome, the water coaster, the cabins, the small touches. Maybe someday I'll convince my parents to go on a Disney Cruise...sigh.
  16. Cedar Point Kennywood Hershey Park Knoebels Lake Compounce Six Flags New England Magic Kingdom Epcot Disney's Hollywood Studios Animal Kingdom Wild Waves x2 This was a great year for me. At the beginning of the year I knew I was going to Disney World and it was my biggest hope to go to SFNE, which turned into a full blown road trip!
  17. ^^ It just asked me for that too. It said something like "user authentication required" and asked for your username and password. It was in a little pop up box on a white background. I hit cancel and went back.
  18. Nice pictures! That must have been a ton of driving for you. I went to Disney World and stayed at Port Orleans Riverside around that time also, for President's Day weekend. I miss it so much!
  19. Yeah I like how they pretended that they completely made up Expedition GeForce, just whipped it together in a few minutes. I can't see how a home made simulator would really be anything like riding a real coaster with no real anticipation, thrills, or airtime.
  20. If all goes well I might be able to go to Efteling next summer and this ride looks like it'll be great, so hopefully it'll work out!
  21. 13/20 but misread one question so 14/20 I guess...and 20/25 on the Disney quiz.
