  1. I saw a "forceless loop" coaster on CoasterSims.com a while ago. It was called "The Big Dig" and every single one of the first 5 inversions hit 0.0 vertical Gs at the top. If Robb Alvey permits me to upload it here (it is not my work), I will.
  2. Not got much done lately. Just added a second EE to the park (different layout) and another Intamin woodie that goes in a square (approximately) and dives through The Woods, Rex Gravitorum, over Waluigi's Mansion, and past Cyclone (oh, yeah. forgot about that. It is my own take on a Cyclone. The unnamed woodie does not have custom supports (they take way too freaking long).
  3. I added my own take on the Coney Island Cyclone. Next up: Another terrain woodie.
  4. I'm surprised nobody mentioned the FIFTH hill on the Riverside Cyclone. I rode it in the back. It went somewhat like this: Ejector air, train turns into jackhammer, bonkita-bonkita-bonkita all the way down. Ouch. Also: The S-turn on Psyclone Fujiyama's trick-track-on-steroids SROS's stop ("Where's the whiplash?") The little flat turn on Manhattan Express (the one after the Twist 'n' Dive) That little hill going into the corkscrew on an Arrow Corkscrew Yankee Cannonball's back section Eejanika's pre-lift "inversion" Dodonpa's hill
  5. Funny thing. My first hyper was SROS at SFNE and all the way down the drop I thought, "Why isn't this drop ENDING?" Large drops. Chaos is a big thing too. The Premier LIM bowls are intense because they combine Chaos, Headchoppers, and a launch. Anticipation is good. SROS has a slow-ish lift, so n00bs get scared. First drop into a tunnel. Headchoppers. Watching a shuttle coaster roar through the station is awesome. However, watching people watch shuttle coasters roar the station is better. About shuttle coasters... Atomic Coaster (Meisho shuttle loop) goes forwards out of the station, up a lift, back down the lift, through the station, down another hill, and into the loop. That is weird.
  6. Have you ever noticed that coasters in cartoons are unrealistic and break about 7 laws of physics? A few issues: Wooden Supports (regardless of the inversions) No upstop wheels (or side-friction wheels) There are as many restraints in a row as the creator pleases (like one restraint) No lift chain What else?
  7. Oh come on. I don't use flats for one reason: capacity. A 30ft Ferris wheel? 8-person top spin? 12-person Chance Inversion? Unrealistic to the extreme. As for coaster names, I will be glad to take suggestions.
  8. Type "xyzzy" in while playing. The top-left pixel of the screen will be white if you are over a non-mine square and black if you are over a mine.
  9. You misplaced the apostrophe.
  10. I just removed the case from my PC and have a fan blowing into it. It was overheating, and RCT2 was lagging like crazy.
  11. Speaking of FD3... The restraints could not have unlocked. The default setting for restraints is locked. The operators unlock them.
  12. Cyclone @ SFNE -both wooden -both white -both were tamed unnecessarily -both in a SF park -both share the name with a steel coaster on a different continent BTW, Cyclone seems to have a built-in jackhammer on the fifth hill. It goes ejector-air-bonkita-bonkita-bonkita-bonkita all the way down. Ow.
  13. About the back of the train traveling faster... In fact, at many points of the track, the back of the train is travelling faster than the front of the train when the front was at that point. Case in point: El Toro's first drop. The front travels down at a leisurely speed and the back gets yanked down.
  14. Isn't it weird that the queue seems to be designed for 3-hour waits and the wait is near zilch?
  15. If it is on RCDB, it's a credit. Bayernkurves are credits. Himalayas are not. The train must cover less than two-thirds of the circuit at any one time for it to be a credit.
  16. 100 degrees here. Feels like 115.
  17. Launched Coaster and Other Launched Coaster share the first two inversions of Quantum Thruster, but are completely different after that. There are zero pre-made rides in the entire park.
  18. Last set! Woohoo! Last of 42 pictures! I usually have a song in my head as I design these. The song is the song to the relevant coaster video on the TPR DVDs. Supports and scenery removed. An overview of Rex Gravitorum. The name is Latin for "King of Gravity". Wooden coasters are fun to make. Notice the angled supports. They come with the park. Rex Gravitorum, an Intamin wooden twister. Based off Regina.
  19. Set 5! And what's this? Another overview. Here's Mt. Terrain Looper again. A train enters the helix. Behemoth's turn-around. Behemoth's helix. Behemoth, a Morgan-trained woodie. (Yes, the Morgan trains come with the park.) It entwines with Intamin Woodie.
  20. Well, that was my first serious attempt at a dark-ride. It is themed inside. The World's Smallest Coaster is the rust-colored invert. Set 4! This is the "woodie" set. Another overview. Same coaster, different angle. Bobs, a GCI twister. My first serious attempt at a GCI-style twister. I kinda like it. Intamin Woodie overview. Intamin Woodie's dogleg, helix, and first return half. Intamin Woodie's lift and return. Intamin Woodie (yeah, crummy name) is the tan coaster.
  21. Yes, I placed all those supports. It's kind of fun, like Super Wheelchuck's supports and Amethyst's lift supports. I will export the sloping supports with my saved game. On with the third set! Mt. Terrain Looper's finale and Super Wheelchuck's finale. Shoot the Chutes. Self-explanatory. Overview of the park so far. Amethyst's turnaround, dogleg, and bunny hills. Hyakugojyuuichi Forever's barrel roll finale. HF's finale, with a bowtie element. Hyakugojyuuichi Forever!!!, an 11-inversion B+M standup.
