  2. The removal of this ride has now been confirmed by the park. It will be removed this winter. No new ride in 2017.
  3. Never thought it would be a tough choice between a Vekoma and an Intamin, but here we are.

  5. New in 2017: a racing Wiegand Alpine Coaster - height: 25 m (82 ft) - cost: 4 million euro Apparently it will be the first racing Alpine Coaster in Europe, and the first not built on a natural hill. Instead, the ride will start at the top of a 25 m (82 ft) tall tower. source: Bellewaerde

  7. As far as I know, this will be the first time track will be replaced. Not bad for a wooden coaster that opened 15 years ago.
  8. The rumored changes to Pirates of the Caribbean: (closed from January to July 2017) tweaks: - all existing audio-animatronics will be replaced - the boats will get restraints - music will be tweaked to include some famous tunes from the movies additions: - at the start of the ride, the Black Pearl shows up on a screen - the lifthill will get projection mapping effects (bats, pirate shadows, etc.) - a water screen with Barbossa before the first drop - 2 new Jack Sparrow animatronics, including the one from Shanghai with the skeleton transition - a large screen/mapping with a pirate attack - another water screen at the second drop - a Davy Jones animatronic at the cave entry - more projection stuff in the caves, including the sirens from Shanghai - final treasure scene will get projection mapping exterior: - the ride's exterior will remain the same, but with a new sign - new floor for the exterior queue, along with some new props - a new photo location with Jack Sparrow And some other rumors: Disneyland: - Fantasyland will get a makeover, could mean the end of Snow White and Pinocchio - a Frozen ride is planned - Indiana Jones possible for Adventureland - "Move It! Shake It! Dance & Play It!" will be the parade for the 25th anniversary (2017) - "Paint The Night Parade" is planned for the park's 30th anniversary (2022) Studios: - the Tram Tour will be moved back to make way for a proper Hollywood Boulevard - a total of 4 new rides and 3-rethemes are planned - Toy Story Mania is coming - rides based on Marvel and Star Wars - a new parade is also coming resort: - 2 new hotels are coming - Disney Village will become larger and more upscale, with more of a festival atmosphere, rather than just restaurants source: Wonderful Disneyland & ED92

  14. "Peter Pan's Flight" has reopened this week, fully refurbished with brighter colors and lighting, as well as some new effects (eg. the pixie dust in the bedroom).

  17. Press release confirms Intamin. And in a local newspaper, it is mentioned the park will also integrate the existing log flume and topple tower into the new Asian land.
