  1. Whoa! It's a lot taller then I imagined. Damn I just realized its going to swing REALLY high. lol
  2. Hmm, lets see. It was either Mind Eraser at SFA. (Ouch) Or Wild One. I can't remember which one we left after.
  3. ^ HEY! I live in Germantown too!!! What school district are you? Damascus, Seneca, or Watkins? Sucks that you made Mind Eraser your first though. Mine was Demon at SFGAm.
  4. Hey, I know this is off-topic...but where are you stationed? I was in Okinawa for 2 years and Yokosuka for 1 (With Pops of course he's with the 3rd Dental Batallion. I'm not old enough to join yet, as you can see). And yes I have been to Nagashima, and it is a worth wild park I think. (I got to go in 2002 (You know what that meens ) Elissa hit the spot, it is basically the Cedar Point of Japan.
  5. Oh gosh, I don't know I say TTD's trains were pretty damn stylish if you ask me, before they took off the engine.
  6. You could read The Beast! What? You can read it in a day!
  7. All that from a Digital Camera. I did saturate it some with Picasa though. To give it some more vibrance. Took this one when moving back from Japan in '04. At SFGAm, my home park from '98 - '01. This is my favorite park out of all the one's I've been to. I visit every summer now. No matter were I live. Superman: ROS at SFA.
  8. I think on some coasters they have to dis-asemble the car, and then re-asemble the car back in the station. I think they do that on Deja Vu. I know on Two Face at SFA, when it stalls between the Loop and the second lift, they just get it to catch the lift again. Yup... thats all I know.
  9. It looks incredibly slow for a Accelerator. But hey that could just be me. Or its just its not breaking any records of course
  10. ^ Whoa, that is an extremely good point.
  11. ^ Myspace IS the cause of everything. From rapists to...rapists! Or if you really want to get technical, Online Predators. But seriously, "Disney's Killer Ride" honestly WTF. They don't make coasters to kill people.
  12. After the BIG breakdown in 2004. The ride has had incredible up-time and has been up every visit from 05-Now. (About 20 visits). In the summer of '04, the train was going up the lift. And when the catch car was about to release, something, went wrong. Anywho it left riders stranded for about 3 hours. It even was big enough to make the news. All together a new part had to be ordered from Vekoma. Which took the ENTIRE summer. And then one of the cars, had a side panel missing for about the first month of the '05 season, causing more delays. In about May of '05 the ride opened back up again and has been working ever since. The only problem I have seen so far since the accident was it vallies on occasion. Inbetween the Loop and the second lift.
  13. After the BIG breakdown in 2004. The ride has had incredible up-time and has been up every visit from 05-Now. (About 20 visits). It's my favorite Vekoma creation. Besides the Giant Inverted Boomerang.
  14. Hmm...wierd. Well, if they are indeed footers, they are for a ride I have never seen. If they are for the water park, they could be pipes to pump water. Or they could also be footers for the Waterslides also. Ya never know untill its official
  15. ^ Indeed it was... Ha, that ride looks like it flows so smoothly. I WANT TO RIDE IT
  16. Drool, GCI Who knew that Shrek and a GCI would look so great together.
  17. Pretty cool Pix. PKI is one of those parks I haven't ventured out to in a long time. I think I need a Beast fix right now. Wild One and Roar just aren't doing it.
  18. Yes. Surprisingly, for someone who is new in the woodie area, S&S really knows how to hit the spot. They are also very smooth. Timberhawk at Wild Waves is incredibly smooth for a woodie. It's a family coaster but still has that out of controll feeling for us coaster junkies. Its a very good coaster indeed. Also DON'T skip Avalanche, its just another experience all together. There is no other woodie so compact and that has so many banked turns. It's truely an amazing ride. J2 is good also. Nothing new like Avalanche, but good. Very smooth. So to answer your question, yes, S&S has been making amazing woodies.
  19. Magnum is so overrated And don't get me started about Millenium Force. I honestly did not like that ride. All I liked was the drop...that was it.
  20. Oh wait! I forgot one more Shockwave at PKD. Possibly the BEST togo ever built. I don't know about you, but I find it to be rather smooth. My Favorite Stand-Up out there. YES! over a B&M!
  21. Ha, thanks...I think? lol I kinda get it now.
  22. Hell no! I don't think anyone would love SFA as there home park. My favorite park is SFGAm.
  23. Would someone be nice enough to please explain the Figure 8 section? It just lookes so confusing. Thanks
