I work at Petsmart and here's a thing to consider. Size - I'd suggest a corn Snake or a King snake. Don't get extremely large but get to a good size. Come in variety of colors. Ball Pythons are great too. but can get quite big. Upkeep - Keeping a snake can be hard at times (And stinky). Your going to spend atleast $125 to start. Your local petsmart should sell corn and king snakes for around 70 buckeroo's. A tank can range from $20-100. Then Heat lamp, bedding, decor. And you have to make the decision if the snake is going to eat live feeder mice, or frozen feeder mice. IF you buy the snake from petsmart, they will be on frozen feeders. Anywho, that was just a few tips for now, I g2g. I'll check up on the topic to help as much as I can.

I sit on the porch with my bird (Real bird [sun Conure]) and am a Pirate. Prolly Jack Sparrow this year since he's very "In" right now. And hand out candy.

Monkey's I dunno what happened with the camera. When I watch the Oran Utans I kinda just stare in aw and the Gorillas are pretty boring. I guess I just didn't take out the camera in the Gorilla House. And I don't even think that zoo has penguins.

The Coldstone here in Germantown, MD, has great customer service, they sing and what not and all that good stuff. Not exactly the most efficiant, but still do a good job.

About a year ago, I participated in a supervisor training program in which we were each given two hours to come up with a new ride for either USF or IOA and then pitch it to a panel of upper management types. Of course, it was just "for fun." Nothing that would ever get built. But it was still the coolest training exersize ever. Anyway, of the dozen or so people in the program, three pitched almost identical "dueling rocket coasters themed to The Fast And The Furious," and all placed them behind BTTF. Me, I pitched an indoor swinging ship with a Viking theme between Mythos and the Enchanted Oak, and emphasized how affordable it would be to build. I won, too. (At least, that part of the program.) I have no real point. Except maybe that the whole "dueling rocket coasters themed to The Fast and the Furious" thing is a bit pedestrian. I came up with a different idea...F&F Drifting ride....take something like "the whip" where your car is on a track and at different points it whips around, or drifts for a few seconds on every turn...could make for an interesting ride. OR, get the drifting coaster from Maurer Söhne
