I don't get the big deal with him. People get enough self-righteous stuff shoved in their faces every day, every new one of his installations is just another way of it invading more of our lives. If people wanted to make a difference, they would. On topic:

^I just look at it like there isn't even a new ride for Disneyland this year. It's (in my mind) just Star Tours undergoing some routine maintenance that a simulator without a dedicated intellectual property would go through every few years or so, nothing more. I think it was probably only done to show the fans/parkgoers, "Hey, we may only care about DCA for the next ten odd years or so while we gut and repaint the place, so here's a redo of a ride that didn't really need one to show that we might still give a damn about adding new rides to the 'Land in the mean time!" That, or it just needed some maintenance.

Every time I read this thread, I think about how sad it is that I live here and yet everything you guys talk about sounds so foreign to me. Hell, I haven't been down to the Strip in at least five months... That's like living on Long Island and not going to Manhattan for five months, or Anaheim and not going to Disneyland or Knott's for five months.

I never try to force a relationship (well, maybe once) out of a situation that won't work, there are (mostly were) just people I liked that it didn't work out with. The two relationships I have been in came as a result of one asking me out (lasted a week) and a long distance relationship with a friend (which lasted six months). Nowadays I just sorta drift along, not trying to actively make a relationship happen, just sorta being a friend to, well, my friends, regardless of how much I like them. Also, most of the time I know high school relationships don't work out, I just enjoy them for what they are. Hopefully that makes sense.

^Like your average parkgoer really knows the difference between two near-identical coaster types. To be honest, knowing (when I spent time in Nor-Cal) how my non-enthusiast friends tended to relate Flight Deck and Kong, I could see others making the same mistake with ease.

I think all of the relationships I've tried to be in have ended in "friend zone" territory much like Cavs Fan's. I'm to damn empathetic and nice to not like (or at least, that's what they tell me), but too different to consider being in a relationship with. Either that, or what they come to talk to me about is usually them coming out to their parents (I'm straight, so obviously that doesn't work out) or trying to get another guy. For the record, when I say all, I mean in the ballpark of 15-20, and they're all still friends with me.

^Windows Live Movie Maker SUCKS. I'd avoid it at all costs. (For regular Movie Maker for Windows 7, just pack the old one up on a flashdrive and move it on over, it should work).

@ Setgo-Not to sound like I'm oversimplifying your work (which is awesome, I might add), but that flowchart reminds me quite a bit of the microchips in Little Big Planet 2! Personal happiness: Apparently scored in the top 1% of my state for English testing. Wewt!

Of course I just notice this now, what with stupid Paypal taking a few days to transfer funds. Oh well, hopefully the large bag sticks around for a bit.
