^ the coaster shouldn`t drive with full speed through this element. it was planned to break the coaster down directly after the fast launch. But everytime they put a lot of work and money in it and then there is a new incident, this coaster is getting closer to end as a piece of crap that never will run.

bad news about this one: At tests of the ring-racer during a long distance racing championship it gave a third incident... Seems that there was a big bang and a 10 cm long metal part missed a person in the pit lane really narrow. So no one was hurt, but its hard to believe that this big S&S piece of crap will ever open (i`ve read a rumor that the other new S&s launchers have problems, too!? Does someone know more?). It is time to discuss what is more thrilling: to ride a S&S coaster or the chance to get killed during you take a ride on one or work nearby!? Team Thriller is right... in the pfingstferien there are a mass of people in the park. But normally if Europa park is packed with people, they open the park for many more hours into the night... Last year we were there the park opened till 10 p.m.. they do this because they want that all people had a good day and get enough out of their money. And the EP has really good operaters, even on the fullest day you get all big rides and coasters ridden on one day, then use the second day to ride your favourites again and some of the rides. i would suggest you to 2- days to europa park and 1 day in the holiday park. Because in holiday park, you have all rides ridden in 2-3 hours, on a normal day... i think even if it is crowded you can ride every ride two times. And if you go in september, i would suggest to go in the middle or near the end of the month... the summer vacations end often at the 9th or 10 th of september(don`tknow this year). Till this time EP is very often very crowded

news on this coaster... ConnyLand completely replaced the track between the station and looping and now it seems that the ride is much faster, smooth and fun to ride. So after nearly twice the money the ride slowly gets better

^ its hard to explain if it spins a lot or not i would say it has a good amount of spinning, but not as extrem as on some gerstlauers, in the videos you can see that it only makes 1-2 complette turns... so maybe for some people its very less spinning! But on spinning coaster, you know it can change everytime, for example how people loaded, how big they are...blabla. But what i like at this coaster is the tracklayout, because its very close to the floor, so you take the helixes with really fast speed for a spinner, and it just looses speed for short moments. So looks like fun in my opinion (haven´t ridden it yet).

They added the animatronic before the lifthill, the train stops and a short preshow begins... for a family coaster it gets better everytime, now it has a short darkride part! Here is a nice onride from the ride, inclusiv the animatronic:

Die Schlange von Midgard is opened and looks really good. And first riders report that it is fun and smooth and especially in the curves, so perfect for the family. The theming is not completed but it looks really good. Hansa said that they will add more theming elements the next day... on http://onride.de/viewtopic.php?t=60696&start=175 is a picture of an animatronic that they will add (maybe in the short darkride part or tunnel??). At the moment the coaster makes two rounds, but normaly it should do three. HeidePark did something that no one expected.... everybody is waiting how the Kraken and the drop through his mouth will look alike and what is happening, they didn`t built it. They just put the mouth into the water and open it tomorrow! WTF HeidePark!!??? It`s a big let down for german coaster fans and it`s hard to believe that they will change this anytime. thx, nice to see that many of you likes the movie. @jMan: you`ve made some funny movies, too. Not everything ist about effects, its about the idea and you had some good ones But if you want to learn more about using Adobe AfterEffects, i really recommand you http://www.videocopilot.net/tutorials/ (if you don`t know it),i learned the most things from his (andrew Kramers) tutorials. This movie took us 3 weeks 12 hours a day,so it was not so much work(ok a little bit), but fun. So i`m looking forward to see more movies and other great stuff from members in this forum

Because we were only two persons its hard to reach the quality that "pixels" has, but its our goal to levelup the VFX-Quality, to a level like pixels! Hi, it`s nothing about coaster, but because it seems that many of you are intrested in Arcade-Games, i want to show you my new Video, with many of my favourite game characters like mario, worms, lemmings, frogger.... About the movie: Strange things happen when a girl touches a strange hovering box... Many old game characters spread over the city and did strange and crazy things. This short-movie was produced for the lecture "intermediale Gestaltung" at the university "Hochschule Offenburg" by my brother Simon and me. So i`ll hope you enjoy it...
