Kooky replied to thomas2's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Till now no one knows somthing about the test rides. In a report i just read that it had be tested before July the 9th, because there it should be opened (just the coaster, not the themepark!). But i found some older photos on http://freizeitparkweb.de/cgi-bin/dcf/dcboard.cgi?az=show_thread&om=7039&forum=DCForumID4&viewmode=all which i want to show you: -

I don`t find a thread about the new ride "Wakobato" but i don`t want to open a new thread. So its not about Drakarium but about the new, very nicely themed SplashBattle. So here are two Video from the new ride if the Phantasialand in Germany: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LvFwdFQc5uE -

it is completed since two days after i posted the last photos! just didn`t found good new ones to post it here. But you can see it on the webcam (on the right side of the picture): source:http://www.nuerburgring.de/fileadmin/webcam/webcam2.jpg -
don`t take everything to serious, young man. You can record 60seconds with the "audiorecorder" which is integrated in windows. Then you save it as *.wav (wave-)file. then download the audiograbber and the lame plugIn from here: http://www.audiograbber.com-us.net/download.html. Take one of the servers near you to download audiograbber and the LAME-MP3 DLL (under the agsetup*.* links) and follow the install instructions(extract and copy *.dll in the same directory as audiograbber). when you have installed both then just drag and drop the wave file into AG and click on MP3. Thats it... in the otions menu you can change the destination folder and other options for the MP3. Hope that will help you... and for the future! if you know google, just use it

Another WildTrain from Pax with a costum Layout: http://rcdb.com/ig2775.htm?picture=19! A nice german report (with nice pics) on http://www.coastersandmore.de/rides/wildtrain/wildtrain.shtml But i had to say i had a lot of fun on it and really EXTREM airtime and the longest coaster in europe "Ultimate": http://rcdb.com/ig779.htm?picture=7 totally underbanked, with very low drops on highspeed, spread over a huge area and a riding time of nearly 7 minutes!!!! Here is a really nice onride: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=czTbR1HW6L4 hope i can ride it sometimes and i found this one: http://rcdb.com/ig3685.htm?picture=19 The track and layout look a little bit strange. -
TR video Europapark 2-3 June 2009
Kooky replied to filipv's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
really nice recordings. For people which have never been there: Watch it, it shows views of the park you have never seen in a photo TR and shows some hidden edges which many people never had seen because of the size of the park. -

PTR, 10 day credit run through Europe
Kooky replied to Loefet's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Hi Georg, finally i did it and really really liked it. I prepare a little photo TR but my camera was broken so i just had some photos of good friend, which are not so coaster focused. And I can`t explain the experience in SilverStar. I never had such extrem airtime. Maybe it was because i havn`t ridden any coaster for a long time. But it pushes the hair of all riders in the air for long time on every hill and the brakes nearly had no effect, and i never found it so extrem on any coaster i rode. In the afternoon the brakes affected much harder and even the first drop was a little bit lame. -
My lovely roughtiest monster is "EuroSat" in Europa Park, Germany. Its completly over- and underbanked, completly dark but a lot of rough fun, because you never know what hapen next, the layout is just amazing unforeseeable and it has one of the hardest finish brakes.... but its just a lot of fun to beat this monster! Even if i were happy every time to be alive when the train reaches the station
