Same here. I was laughing at it the whole way through. It's very rare for something serious to happen to a roller coaster, yet alone a whole series of events. For one thing, you'd have to get the train perfectly balanced ito get it stuck in a loop. Second, the coaster they based their ride off of dosen't have loops. If you look at the comments, people are saying things such as "This is why I'll never ride a roller coaster". I pity this movie because it put a fear of roller coasters into people that they shouldn't have. There's a whole bunch of people who are criticizing coasters because of this movie.

Forgot to tell the park huh? Kinda sounds unprofessional there. But yea, now the park has a new aqua theme.

Ugh oh, don't show this to the coaster phobics. It's just more for them to rant on about. Anyway, if a roller coaster that I really loved crashed at some point in time, I'd still ride it if it reopened.

Same here. I've been on Gwazi at Busch Gardens in Tampa, and all I've experienced was the typical roughness of a wooden coaster. And not to give Montu a bad name, because I LOVE it! Yet after riding it for the second or third time in my life, I couldn't go to sleep because I still felt like I was going through loops and turns!

*If this thread already exists, please lock it* If you can remember your first roller coaster, post the name and it's location. 1) My first steel was "Space Mountain" - Disney in Orlando If you want an outdoor one, then my first was SheiKra - Busch Gardens in Tampa. 2) My first wooden one was "Gwazi" - at Bush Gardens.

How about Kingda ka? LMAO! Joking, But I suggest "Scorpion" at Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay, Fl. Pretty mild ride. Or maybe "Flying unicorn" at Universal's IOV? We have one of these things in our area, and seriously, all ours does is go in an oval and over two small banked turns. (You can see them in this pic, but it isn't the one around here)

I agree. It's not like the park had signs pointing to the track of a speeding coaster (With the fence open) that said "All guests welcome". This kid made his own decision to jump over the fence and get in the way of a roller coaster train.

^ Exactly. Roller coaster deaths or injuries are almost always because of someone's stupid decision. You probably have a better chance at getting hit by lightning then dying because of a roller coaster. Coasters are inspected and monitored everyday. Trust me, once you ride a coaster, you're gonna be thinking "Why the hell was I affraid of that." You don't know what you're missing.

Wonder what it was like for the people on the train. But anyway, what would you get out of grabbing someone's feet who's on a moving coaster? Surley it isn't going to pick you up and make you fly without taking an arm at least.

It's because of Idiots like this that coasters and parks get a bad name. Wish it would have severed an arm or something instead, that would he would've learned his lesson.

Yea, that's what I mean. Last time I went, the gas prices were considered high, so I guess that would be the reason.
