For some reason I've always been scared of water slides...especially after I rode one of the slides on Carowinds' Pipeline Peak. I think it was the purple one .

I don't know if that was staged or not, but that would suck big time...

I'm not sure which Hurler you're talking about, but the one at Carowinds is a horrible coaster.

Myrtle Beach also has a Ripley's Haunted Adventure and some other haunted attractions along the boardwalk.

Agreed - me and a couple of friends were at Myrtle Beach last month but decided not to go to HRP because of the price.

Vekoma's new OTSR and trains really look nice. Their old flyers really could use the new trains...

I'd have to say The Incredible Hulk at IOA. The first time I rode it I thought it was incredible . But the next time I rode it, not so much.

Those trains do look nice. I hope Carowinds new Boomerang gets them.

Haven't been on Mantis, but Vortex (B&M Stand-Up) at Carowinds has a reputation as the "crotch-rocket". It REALLY rides "down there" .

Mines was Afterburn, last month. I was so exhausted but the ride was still awesome .
