^Invertigo creates just about the same force to give you the same headache as Deja Vu, so don't feel like you're missing out. -

I'd cry if Viper (SFMM) ever got removed. That thing runs like a champioon, no downtime, decent speed, and it still holds a record for something. What that record is I forget. -

^^That's because the guide wheels sit outside of the rail instead of inside, like all their previous trains. -
^They do but nothing is done about it if the numbers are subpar. Here is why. There was one day where we opened up with enough people to have four people checking for both stations with three trains. We were hitting a little 1200 for each hour, which was good because on average with 3 trains the result was about 6-700 or less. So the fact that from 10am to 1 pm we were moving 1200 people through line was met with some bizarre praise. We got the call, "You guys are doing great, where is everyone certified?" and then we dropped down to two checking per side, then to two trains, etc. Higher up supervision but leads and entry level supervision may not necessarily share that same vision.

If this does fall into fabrication, I hope to see an Anaheim version. The Monsters, Inc. now is, "I'd ride it, butif I don't no spilled milk" -

My Physical Ability Test for the CHP is in two weeks! -
There are some people who do care and every so often you might have a person who picks up a thing or two that no one appreciates. My first ride at MM (they start you off on something small) was Freefall. I actually used the mic to give spiels and talk with the [small amount of] people in line. Most of my co-workers thought it was corny, and so did I but it kept me from getting bored and the people in line somewhat liked it. I found that stuff like that goes a long way.

I remember when I was at Tatsu, I'd be at the secondary position (dispatch panel) when cars 7 & 8 were held off for flashpass. Since I worked there during the end of the Del Holland era, when staffing was ALWAYS a nightmare, I'd advance trains, open the gates, collect flashpasses, check seats, lock the seats, and double check seats all within about a minute. Of course noone shared my sense of urgency...well maybe like two internationals.

A coaster enthusiast told me Shockwave (SFMM) was a B&M. I told him. "Dude that ride was built in '86! B&M didn't wasn't founded til '88! He said "The track is the same and it has a pre drop!" I then told hime that B&M worked for Giavanola and yatta yatta, you know the rest. He told me I couldn't know cause i'm not old enough to know.

Before the death of "behemoth" sized coaster, someones going to push the limit one last time and build something over 500'. IMO it won't be a rocket coaster either. For something that large, Intamin (or possibly Vekoma) is the only company that would build something so large. After that, who knows. just as long as the coasters of the future are built over lakes, ponds, scenic rural cliffs and terrains and not midways and parking lots I'm fine.

Plus I think the one tink we have all seem to leave out as of yet is that no all folk are coaster folk! I worked at both Knott's and MM, and enjoyed what I did at both parks, but not everyone on the team shared my passion then, and may very well be the case now, as it was before I worked at either. If coaster enthusiasts had a crew for one ride, I promise it would be the most efficient, entertaining, and motivated crew in that park.

Mystery Lodge is freakin' sweet...the stunt show and the lime dancing...not so much. Xcel, Bullet and Pony are in the plus column. Ghost Rider is a bumpy two minute ride of pain, everybody is near some park with a boomerang and perilous is a death trap with no hugh splash with the new boats (The old one's would create a splash that hit the side of Johnny Rockets at time) I agree with Wes. Knott's is not a "Let's wake up so we can get there all day" park. Knott's is a "hey look, isn't that Knott's over there?" park.
