  1. NEWS! For those considering getting the V.I.P. Passes to a Fright Night.... take note... SEE ABOVE. ^ I'm still going to buy one. It's a total time saver and allows for more relaxing between Haunts and Brews. etc. Last year's FN warning. Last year's FN Map, and V.I.P. Rapid Pass, used. Worth every dollar, spent on it. (o;
  2. I think the only one of those types of coasters (Flitzers) that I remember riding, was Racing in Bakken Park, in Denmark. It is still in operation there too, from what is written in RCDB.com Fun little coaster, if going around, straight, around, straight, around, around was your kind of fun coaster. Playland might have had one too, a long time ago. Before I got back into riding rides and visiting parks. Sorry to read that Morey's is losing this one. But Larry's right. It was old. But not that "classic" enough. Space was needed for something new. R.I.P. Flitzer. How it looked when we rode it, in the TPR 2008 Scandi Tour. Bakken Park, Denmark. What it looked like, when we rode it in the 2014 Tour. Thanks to Rik Engelen for the photos.
  3. Ultra Twister Rusutsu Resort (Rusutsu, Abuta, Shiribeshi, Hokkaido, Japan) TPR 2013 Japan Tour.
  4. ^ Ha! I'd buy one just for the colour of it, lol. Hmmm. "Fried Green Tomato Sauce"?
  5. American Horror Story:Apocalypse finally "crossed over," tonight. See Episode 2 to find out what happened.
  6. ^ Looks comfy.
  7. ^ Well, Yellow Beard Turner, better the mouth, than The Other Portal, ARRRRRRRRR.
  8. Might as well post this too, arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. My pirate name is apparently..... Barnacle Bobby Tortuga! Arrrr. And to end this... a coaster named PIRATEn. In Djurs Sommerland, Denmark.
  9. They did a drone show at the PNE last summer (2017) in Vancouver. It was pretty good, although a few times, it looked like the little drones were lost where they were, in the sky, lol. And they did nothing big, like in the test that WDW did. I'm sure Disney has tweeked the drones to the point they will fly, even bigger and better, in more complex configurations.
  10. Well, they sell mayo mixed with various mustards now. Dijon Mayo anyone?
  11. ^ But arrrr, that's a mighty sad, sad thing, me hearty.
  12. Damn, sorry to read you had a run in with the sushi! Even as fresh as it can be done, sometimes "stuff" can happen, unexpectedly. You just proved that, I guess. It does look like, however, you had a good morning support team with the security person, and Kristen and Elissa around. Good KD report there. Looking forward to more of the Tour. Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
  13. Let's hear it..... "Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr."
  14. Burglar
  15. Not sure about this combo..... It DOES save one plastic (or glass) container.
  16. Found that Heinz is now promoting and selling Mayochup in the U.S. Do you like it, or would you prefer these two condiments, used separately? It DOES save one plastic (or glass, depending) container.
  17. Orkanen FÄrup Sommerland (Blokhus, Nordjylland, Denmark) TPR 2014 Scandi Tour.
  18. ^ It hurts my eyes, just scrolling down it.
  19. ^Paris has been lovely to visit, in our 50s and 60s by the way. You'll probably be able to get there in a shorter time period, than we did. And Disney Paris (BOTH parks) will be a - may - ZING by then!
  20. Segway tours can be really fun! They're usually done in a very small group, which is easier to manage around a city. We did it once in Paris and it was wild! We both loved the Segs....and no crashes.
  21. ^ While we're on the subject of Best of, etc....... This one is by far The Best Burger Place in The World for us. And they have three kinds of beef burgers from Irish/Premium to Angus to Wagyu. And wonderful choices of topping and the fries are excellent, too! http://www.burger-bar.nl/ In Amsterdam, NL. That's me in the white t-shirt. The woman I have no idea about. Easy set up and serve area. You can sit up at this serving bar, like sushi bars, yakitori places....and watch/smell the work. (o: David's looking forward to our first burgers, there. Fries 'R'R'R Us! And "Happy Talk-Like-A-Pirate Day," tomorrow! Arrr..... Messy and sooooooo woofy enjoyable. We went back twice more, before heading on to Paris! We split an order of fries, and a grape soda to save a few coins. We just love eating burgers, around the world, LOL! Mid-Sptember, 2015.
