  2. ^ That's actually our go-to time of year when we've visited the Disney Parks in Paris. (See ya in 2022!) Around the world, most kids seem to head back to their schools, just after Labor Day weekend. With West Coast Bash (hopefully) happening again, weekend after Labor Day, that sets us up nicely for visiting Knott's, SFMM (for WCB) and the rest of the time for the Disneyland Resort.
  3. You need way more time for Disneyland Paris. Therefore, like Karla & Elissa have suggested, Parc Asterix is really your best bet for a one-day one-park visit. And have a great time, whichever one you choose to visit!
  4. Andre Previn r.i.p.
  5. It's going to be interesting to be at the park in the second week after Sept. Labor Day Weekend (9th-13th). The crowds "might" radically change by then, ha ~ ha.
  6. ^^ I'd say that's pretty reputable advice, there.
  7. Hang Ups Scott Helman
  8. We did three days at the park during CoasterMANIA! weekend, but also threw in a "rest day", (the Sunday) which allowed us to just chill out (Famous Dave's BBQ!) away from the park (hard I know, lol), and enjoy everything else in the area. We also stayed at The Breakers. Pricey but so worth it!* *Except for that exploding toilet on Sat.night. Poor Bert.... Famous Dave's - need I show you more? (o;
  9. ^ LOL, thanks. But for the recent Broadway info and news, I get most of that from http://www.broadway.com, which also posts some awesome interviews with ALL and EVERYBODY who acts on The Broad Way (and Off, too). Worth bookmarking, IMhO.
  10. Clothes Off ~ Ria Mae
  11. I'd ride a hyper, if it was themed to Dragonflies. EDIT: Oops. v Sometimes I don't pay attention.
  12. ^ Okay, now I understand. Thanks for the explanation.
  13. "The Story of Lucy and Jessie" FOLLIES (1971)
  14. ^ Um....weren't/aren't they all steel coasters? Otherwise, I do not understand the reference. By the way, the landscaping for this thing should make it totally "impossible to see anything for the trees/forest". I hope. Like The Beast. But "planned forestation." Which makes visiting in say.... Late 2024, (for our plans) is more to see all that growth, since this year's Opening.
  15. ^ Mt.Fuji Mountain Flume! Yep, there were Blue Sky plans for this. And look! Inversion Free! (o; How it would have looked from the front. Awesome! (o:
  16. P.S. By the way... I was a little bummed out that they didn't include Carol Channing in the IN MEMORIAM segment of the Academy Awards, yesterday. Sure, most people only remember her in "Thoroughly Modern Millie" (1968) but...BIG BUT.....that was a film and for real, she did get a Supporting Actress Oscar Nomination for the part. So......wtf? R.I.P. Muzzy.
  17. ^ Congratulations to a young rising star! And ^^ yes, there was a Japanese production of "Fiddler," in the late 1960's or so. I remember seeing a tour program where, like today`s touring shows, Mormon and Wicked to name a couple, they also showed pix of world wide productions of the same show. And "the word" from the Japanese was, that they couldn't understand this being "An American show" as the values and such, made it so ...... Japanese. They were very impressed with it. They even produced an Original Cast recording of a later product6ion!
  18. This is really great. I hope they have scale models of future attractions in these exhibits.
  19. Our cat came back.
  20. Online Article: This actually looks like our cat, Stella.
  21. ^ A reminder that the Off-Broadway Revival of Fiddler on The Roof is: 1) Spoken and sung in total Yiddish. And 2) Directed by The Original CABARET Emcee hisself, Joel Grey! There's a video of parts of the show at http://www.broadway.com which sounds fascinating. And still pretty much understandable when you know the libretto backwards and forwards. I do, not only because I love the show but I also played Perchik in a local production of it. And several years ago, I saw a truncated version of WICKED in Japanese, and I enjoyed it fully!
  22. "You Will Be Found" Ben Platt Original Brdwy Cast of Dear Evan Hansen
  23. ^ Confucius say..."All franchise shops not managed equal". There are a few Tim Horton's (and A&Ws) here in town you couldn't give me a gift certificate, to go back into. And we have a great (service/food) downtown Denny's, too!
