Just as we suspected. I think I could really like this show... in my eyes, it's not the Shouka show, but it's the next best thing. I'll admit I've never actually seen a cirque show, but I'm really intrigued by them. Two observations: It is in Dolphin Harbor, so for now Pacific Stadium is still empty. This could support any of the hopes/theories that have been tossed around: Six Flags still hoping to get whales again, Six Flags wanting to demo the stadium, or in the process of creating a new show suitable for that stadium. We'll have to wait and see what is to become of the lovely stadium! This group sounds amazing, but this line leads me to believe the show will not be permanent at SFDK... like maybe we'll see it for a few seasons, but then the performers will move on to bigger and better things. I guess you can argue that every few years they reprofile all the shows, but still... I definitely will be happy to see this show in 2013! I can imagine the show being wonderful at night.

Yes. Have you played ultimate frisbee?

I got my Big Mike goodie bag today! Thank you Big Mike!!! Totally made my day. Only reason it took so long is because I moved to college just about the day before it arrived at my house, so I had to have my parents forward it to my dorms, then figure out how to even get my mail. Big Mike magnet = first magnet on my mini fridge!

20/30 I'm getting better at these! A few of them I knew better than the answer I gave but didn't read the statement carefully enough. -
I'm guessing their 2013 announcement will be a new show to replace Shouka, probably something in Pacific Stadium but possibly that rumored cirque/dolphin show which could happen in Dolphin Harbor and Pacific could stay vacant for now... ...but... I'm hoping the new show will serve as a replacement for Shouka, and the announcement will include that and something brand new. We'll see... this week is already shaping up to be very exciting with all the announcements on the horizon!

				GAME: What's worse than...

Going to school thinking you had no homework, then realizing there's a huge project due 10 minutes before class when there's nothing you can do about it. What's worse than being broke your entire life? -
Oops, my bad. I can agree about Tatsu for sure. We rode Tatsu once on Monday right after opening but both days (Monday & Tuesday) Tatsu's line looked to be 1-2 hours, while every other coaster was walk-on or a short wait. I've never seen them use the dual-loading station... I had forgotten there even was one. ^^Whoa...That sounds trippy, I'm having a hard time picturing it. Makes me excited to see the concept art if this is true. EDIT: Still trying to figure this out... is he saying it's going to be a dual-tracked steel coaster, or like it'll traverse both "paths" in the same circuit, like going through one, doing some other stuff, then coming back through the other?

My usual group tends to meet every other weekend, and I will be at the park this coming Sunday. We are also trying to round up a Haunt meet. Yeah, the opposite weekends than I've made it down! One of these days I'll get to go with the "big group." I was just there Saturday, officially quadrupled my CGA visit count (went from "once" to "four times" haha). I met up with Double0Kevin shortly after opening, rode Vortex (NEVER again), Drop Zone twice, had lunch, then Flight Deck, then took a detour to Gilroy to get his Quicksilver credit, then back to CGA around 3:00 with rolercstrluvr. By then, everything had lines we weren't willing to wait in so we just rode the cars, then the Eagles and left. I still have no idea how he did it, but somehow rolercstrluvr was able to do a complete 360 on the Eagles. He was so proud. Got to see Jack in person for the first time and he's awesome! I'm really starting to get excited about attending my first ever Haunt!!

In 2008 when I first rode Colossus I found it very underwhelming, but last Monday we rode it in the front and it was actually pretty good with surprise air on the first hill after the drop. I agree with your analysis... I wouldn't call it the best in California, but I definitely think it has a certain "charm." I don't go to SFMM very often, but I've never seen a long wait for Colossus. Is it really necessary they run both stations?

Darn! I knew I forgot something today! *gasps* Do you prefer Apple computers to Microsoft?

OMG. Why can I picture this coaster? Well, since a multi-launched inverting wooden aquatrax wing rider is out of the budget for 2013, looks like your other guess might not be too far off: From Screamscape. That actually sounds really nice. Would they relocate some dolphins to Pacific Stadium and do it there? Or just have more shows scheduled in Dolphin Harbor to make up for the loss of the whale show?

^That is an amazing photo. I really like how the whole coaster is blurred out except the train. -
Yes. Did you watch TV today?

That's so touching. I've always wished I could have one-on-one time with a killer whale. They really are very intelligent, social animals. I know this is the best for Shouka, just saddened they couldn't find a companion so she could stay. I figured this was inevitable after hearing about that law, just didn't expect this to happen so soon. I didn't even go to the show last time I was at the park. The park is going to be so different for me with no whales again and no foreseeable future whales. I've been going to the whale show every year since 1993 when I visited for the first time (when I was two) and fell in love with them. I'm sad to see her go but I am happy for her and it seems she's doing well. I'm glad she's still in California so I can see her, but nothing will be the same as the Marine World whale show. The Marine World show really was one-of-a-kind because of how intimate it felt.... and 3/4 of the time you walked away from the soak zone completely soaked.

Not me personally (unless you count my iPod) but my family, yes. Do you like Mountain Dew?

				Favorite roller coaster?

Put me in for El Toro as well! The first drop is amazing, the infamous ejector hill is insane,... you literally feel like you're riding a rampaging bucking bull.... just feels so wild and out of control. Hands down my #1. -

Nope! Too many trash cans, or not enough?

I agree. I'll ride Kong about once every other time I go to SFDK.... have not ridden Boomerang in years. After riding Invertigo and Deja Vu, I had no urge to ride Boomerang. I loved Deja Vu! As of now, S:UF is my favorite over Medusa... but Medusa still holds a special place in my heart...She was my first. Just if someone said, "Hey, you only have time to ride Superman or Medusa, which do you want?" Currently I'd go for Superman. EDIT: I agree with what R.C. said:
