Thank you for sharing these pictures. I especially love the Kennywood ones! -
I like the new header - it seems to "pop" now.

Excellent pictures - thank you for sharing. I can't get over how similar some of those trains look like the GCI Millenium Flyer trains (single articulating bench). Of course, I'm sure that's where they got the idea from! -

You have a real talent for photography - your pictures are excellent! I love your use of selective focus to blur the background (like some of the flower shots!) I would assume you are using a digital SLR and not a point and shoot camera? -
WOOHOO! I got my picture posted again with the one and only Big Mike!!! It was great to talk to you in person too! I was so happy to win the Golden Nugget prize pack too. I really wanted to go to the closing ceremony, but couldn't make it that weekend. Thanks for the website shout out too! Pam Oh, BTW - these instructions worked perfectly to copy/paste the code in.

It was also mentioned at Eastcoaster that the new maps would be for all SF parks. Finally a decent map! -

Cedar Point got rid of Mill Race for Raptor and White Water Landing for Maverick. Yep....CF doesn't seem to like log rides anymore. -
Six Flags Season Pass Survey
Yeti762 replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I would be afraid of it not scanning all the rides since I had seen this happen before. Kennywood tried something like this when the Phantom's Revenge opened in 2001. You got a little key tag that you scanned every time you rode the ride, and once you got X number of rides, you got free stuff. Unfortunately, the Phantom couldn't count and never got all of my rides nor anyone elses that I talked to at the time. EDIT: added photo of card Here is what the card looked like, and it had a bar code to scan on the back. -
No Pictures Allowed ???
Yeti762 replied to cathyJ's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Amazing how the rule is supposed to be "no on board video taping or photographs", but it gets twisted around to "no videotaping or photgraphs of the rides AT ALL". It reminds me of the old telephone game where the message changes dramatically by the time it makes its way to the end. -

Expedition Everest Yeti Dead?

I would think that they would NOT get rid of the yeti...he is an essential part of the story. < loves the Yeti!!!! -
"Dark Knight" was good IMHO - just good. One of the few movies we actually paid to see in a theater. Got my money's worth for it. Heath's Joker was more psychotic and believable, while Nicholson's Joker was more "over the top/silly". Nicholson's Joker is a classic, but I can appreciate Heath's character also. In a philisophical guess to me their kinda like cooking soup - each person makes soup differently. Each soup is good in their own right, but each may have a certain spice or flavoring that you enjoy over another. We now return you to your regularly scheduled thread.
